Update: only had this for 3 months and it’s already stopped working!! Hundreds of dollars worth of food spoiled!!! From what I can determine the relay is probably bad which is ridiculous. I only use this for extra freezer space so it’s not overloaded but it was storing all of my extra meat which I now have to throw away!!! If you purchase this maybe go ahead and purchase a spare relay so this doesn’t happen to you too but I can’t recommend this product to anyone now. So far so good! I needed additional freezer space since my dad has been staying more frequently with us for weeks at a time and is kind of particular about having certain items for breakfast and lunch haha and I like to stock up on certain things, especially if they are on sale. I did a lot of shopping around - first at Home Depot and Lowe's online but all of the freezers that I found in my price range and size were either out of stock or were going to take 3+ weeks to be delivered. So I went to trusty Amazon. I looked at several freezers before I found this one - and the reviews were good so I took a chance. This freezer did not disappoint. I got the 5.1 cubic ft freezer since 1) it is black and blends in to my kitchen, 2) it fit in the space where I was going to put it and 3) it was actually cheaper than the smaller one. It was delivered in great condition and I was able to get it in my house and placed by myself which was even better since I'm a single mom. I let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in as I wasn't sure if it was tilted or on it's side during transport and I wanted to be safe. After I plugged it in within 4 - 5 hours it was already pretty cold. After 24 hours it was perfect to start putting in freezer items. The chest freezer is SUPER quiet, which is a huge plus for me as my house has an open floor plan - so my kitchen and living room are one big room. This is exactly what I needed and so far I'm not disappointed!! If anything changes I will update my review but right now I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I am so happy we went ahead and bought this deep freezer. It's made food storage so much easier for us. It doesn't take up much space and it gets very nice and cold. Beware: The green power light goes on and off and I didn't know that as it doesn't mention it anywhere online or in the brief manual that came with it. I thought our freezer had clonked out on us by day 2 and started to panic, but now I realize that that us just something it does.

The freezer arrived and looked amazing. Followed the directions to set it up, plugged it in and put it at level 4 for 24 hours. 24 hours later freezer is not cold. Unplugged and tried again. 24 hours later the freezer is still not cold. Tried turning it to level 7 and waiting another 24 hours and nothing. The freezer does show that it's on. Now it's 3 days until Christmas Eve and I have people coming over Christmas Eve and Christmas and don't have the extra room to store everything needed for dinner sand have to do last minute shopping and trying to find a new freezer. Not happy with this purchase at all.

I love it. It was a little something I needed to fit a certain size in my kitchen. The chest freezer is perfect and perfectly fit in the spot I could find. Not too big not too small. It works great. It's energy efficient and compact. We are a big family so some of our food does not fit in the big refrigerator. Just needed an extra little more space. Especially when my grandaughters fly down from MN to stay for the Summer with their dad (my son). We have to stock separately food for then as well. Thank you!

The freezer seems to work fine. I'm using it in my food trailer. The problem (and it was a big problem) is I bought it because the measurements were perfect for my trailer. But the measurements posted in the picture online are wrong. We had to tear everything apart and redo the whole set up because the length and the height are wrong in your picture. They're backwards. The depth was right but the other measurements. Wrong. It was a huge problem.
