Heard how these type of blankets keep you grounded so you can sleep better and possibly help with restless legs. So I purchased a 20lb weighted blanket for an 150lb Adult, I do not recommend for children! Well let me say, it took about 2 days to get used to it but yes, yes, yes it helped me sleep better and I didn't notice my legs moving maybe because I was actually sleeping for a change. It definitely keeps you warm in the Winter will have to see about the coolness for Summer time. I also suggest getting a duvet cover to prevent stains because you CANNOT machine wash! I do recommend for a better night's rest, alternative to medication. The important take away is to choose the correct weight ratio otherwise it can be overwhelming as some people mentioned.

Covers most of my queen bed, but isn't quite large enough for 2 people. Perfect size for 1 person and you can fold it over for 2 layers if you want an even heavier weight. Helps me sleep without fidgeting. But it does get warm! I keep my house cool so I can curl up under it at night comfortably.

This blanket is a life changer! I lay in bed overthinking everything, tossing an turning, unable to get comfortable, but then I pull this blanket up and zzzzzzzzzzz out like a light! The only word of caution is that this is just the inside part. The blanket should have a cover, but any standard queen duvet cover will work! Happy Sleeping!

60x80 is more like 58x78 but its big enough to cover me so ill let it slide. Glad I got one bigger. You might be sore at first from getting squished by this 20 pound blanket but its worth it. I'm sleeping longer and better now! No funky smells! Love the color. Don't feel the need for a cover on this so I saved some money by just getting the insert. I'm happy with this. Would buy again.

I bought this for my friend that often stays in my upstairs loft. I wanted to surprise him. I noticed that he brings the exact same one every time that he comes over (i checked the lable on his) I was glad to see it here on Amazon. He says that having a weighted blanket feels like a “hug” His other blanket has lasted 3 years so far and still looks pretty new. He is thrilled to have another one for here. It saves him from lugging his back n forth. He says that the blanket has helped him with anxiety and restlessness. I hope this info helps. As for me, I have never tried a weighted blanket. I prefer hardly any weight on myself.
