I can Not brag enough about how much I love this tent!!! Not only is it beautiful, i got so many complements on it.. Unfortunately, I had mine kinda destroyed the 1st time i used it (no one else's fault, but my own and the Texas winds) BUT, the manufacturer "Quictents" was Amazing and helped me with a solution fast. I purchased this pretty pink tent to set up behind my jeep at ultra races. For a base camp, changing, sleeping, hanging out area. I took it to a 4 day event, Day 2, the winds kicked in hard. 7 other pop-ups were destroyed. The wind lifted my pop up and flipped all the way over, me and a friend were able to wrangle it back into place tie it to my jeep and get through the event. But it was damaged. I'd staked it down and even used additional sandbags purchased on Amazon. But the winds were high, really high!!. 2poles had broken and others were damaged. From the looks of things I thought maybe I could fix it with replacement parts. (I'd just bought it, only my 1st time to use it, I wasn't gonna give up easily) I packed it up, brought it home and contacted the manufacturer via Amazon. And let me tell you what I can't sing their praises highly enough!! The worked with me via email and helped find the perfect solution. Upon further inspection I'd realized there was more damage to the structure than I'd originally noticed. The company does sell replacement parts and the tent even comes with a guide, diagrams and parts by number. I found what needed to be replaced, and it was a lot. So the company offered to sell me a whole new frame and recommended I keep the old one in storage, in case I needed future parts. Excellent idea. I purchased the replacement frame for a very reasonable price and it came really fast. I am so very very pleased with how quictents handled my issue. They could have just blown me off, as it is not there fault I had it set up in super high winds. The manual says take it down. During snow and high winds.( I would have, but I was asleep) So to be fair, the company didn't have to do anything for me at all. But they did!! We purchased the 10x10 with the church window sides in Black. Our first tent had some pin holes in the top. I contacted Quictent directly and the customer service rep (Allison) was extremely helpful. She was on a mission to make it right. She sent a new top out via Fedex and we were in business. The tent it self is very user friendly and easily can be setup by one person. It is a couple of inches shorter than most other tents, but not enough to cause issues with taller people. Love it! ... show more

I was hesitant to spend this much on a popup tent, since quality is often hit-or-miss, but I liked the idea of the attachable sidewalls. I bought this specifically for cooking our Thanksgiving turkey on a rotisserie which I thankfully completed before the collapse. The first signs of poor quality became apparent during assembly. One of the screws was missing on one of the expandable bars. I had to dig through my collection of spare nuts and bolts to find something that worked. I then noticed that two of the 4 red release buttons for the legs were missing. I eventually found them - and the springs that back them - lying in the bottom of the bag. But I managed to get the tent assembled. Although the product claims to be waterproof, I was skeptical after inspecting the fabric. It was very thin and did not seem to have a decent waterproof coating. Sure enough, when a light drizzle started, water seeped through to the underside of the fabric. At least it didn't drip. A couple hours after cooking the turkey, I heard a loud crash outside. I went out and discovered the tent had collapsed. Apparently the light drizzle had accumulated in one of the roof panels until the frame buckled under the weight. When I say buckled, I mean the metal parts literally broke. Note one of my pictures where you can see that the metal arm is torn. You can see traces of rust, too, which is not a good sign for a product that had been out of its packaging for only 1 day. I've set up many popup tents like this. I had everything pulled taught, Velcro pieces attached correctly, etc., so I'm not sure why this tent couldn't handle a little rain. What I do know is that I paid $175 for a shelter that lasted 1 day and for a 45-minute task to disassemble a mess of crumpled garbage so it could be thrown away. My recommendation: Do not buy this tent. I've seen much higher quality for lower cost. ... show more

I have used this canopy about 7 times now this month alone (all windy days). I set it up by myself and it was fairly easy. Quality is pretty good compared to the other two I tried and sent back before this one. One issue I had was the bag opens on the end and not the entire length of the bag, which makes it a little hard to quickly store it back in the bag. Another issue is I wish the walls were Velcro the entire length of all three sides and not the single 3-4 Velcro straps it has now. Also, this is not an issue with the canopy, but if your area is windy plan on getting weights. With the walls it stayed down pretty good, but with no walls it flew up just a little. I used this for a food show and it was pretty easy to put up. It's not meant for rain or stormy weather but most tents aren't. Great for good weather shows.
