I bought 2 tents, one black and one tan. This review is for the tan one which was less problematic. The black one was different, and I suspect is an older model, since the tan one seems to have some improvements. Overall, this seems to be a fine tent for the price; it is a low cost, heavy duty canopy tent. Quality control seems to be poor, but tech support is exceptional. Based on when they responded, it seems to be in china, but they were very responsive, polite and professional. Replacement parts were quickly shipped from a domestic supplier. One of the velcro taps in the canopy was sewn slightly out of position, which cause the seam seal to not fuse properly in one spot and peel off. They sent a replacement fly without any hassle. When set up, the legs seems to be spread outwards an inch or two. Because the edges of the panels are secured by 3 velcro straps on each edge, there are small gaps at the corners of the tent, especially near the ground. The feet have holes which can be used to stake the canopy down. There are also loops at the top corner of the fly which can be used with cords to provide extra stability. There are several improvements over the black tent. The buttons are better. The canopy fit better and did not pool water (which destroyed the black canopy frame). The velcro tabs were better placed and had more appropriate lengths. There was velcro at the corners of the frame to secure the canopy in place very well; Since it no longer relied on the hooks at the bottom of the legs to hold the canopy in place, the canopy could actually utilize the 3 different heights of the frame. The tent survived a week at a festival, which included strong winds and heavy rain.

i am honestly on my 3rd tent from this company. I am a market vendor in NYC and Long Island (aka near water where the wind can be high, and walking through very busy & and at times horribly cracked and uneven city streets). The first tent got the best of me at a windy outdoor event. ok.... i had to replace it. the second one, a couple months after purchase had an issue with a screw. not only did customer service respond fast, but they also listened and helped me more than solve my issue, including sending me new parts free of charge. this is honestly not the strongest tent. but i'm 5'3" and use a small sedan, working completely alone. the stronger tents are also too big for me. but this tent IS the next strongest, collapses down enough for me to handle and carry and fit in my car, and i can pop it it up just fine by myself. just make sure you get enough weights. Plus, the customer service is a bonus. I also love that they offer so many colors including black which i dont see often. many made fun of me for getting a black tent until July came around.... thank you for the UV protection and the cooler shade.

Canopy cover quality is poor. Upon taking the canopy out of the box I notice that one window was unable to be used as the zipper was not attached. Set up took 3 people all parts for set up were included (minus sandbags which were said to be included). After having the tent up for a few hours threads across the entire tent started coming apart and the Velcro attaching the canopy to the frame was coming off and the zipper became unsewen from the canopy. All of these quality issues occurred within hours of the tent being set up which is horrible quality control. Luckily the instruction manual stated the canopy was under warranty for 12 month and provided direction on how to reach out on Amazon. I messaged the seller pictures and they said that since it was purchased from Amazon it is not covered under warranty even tho Amazon messaging for the warranty is right in the instruction manual and it was purchased from quincents Amazon page. I will note that the frame seemed very solid and held up well. Recap- arrived damaged (unable to zip window), arrived with no sand bags which are included in details, within hours of set up the canopy became unusable, company does not honor their warranty. I would recommend not purchasing this tent, or any tent from the brand due to lack of quality control and inability to follow through on the warranties

The color is nice, but not as pictured. It's a shade or two darker, more like a light forest green, and definitely not the lime green in the picture. The sides are also a shade darker than the tent top. It's ok, but not nearly as pretty as it would have been. The tent sets up pretty easily, the directions are awful though. It will not click into place if you are simply pushing on the 4 corners. You also need to push on the middle part. I was able to put the tent up alone though, as a 5'3'' female with joint issues. Strongly recommend getting it open all the way (by climbing underneath it) before you make it taller or you won't be able to reach the middle part in order to push up on it well. The bag that it comes in is extremely low quality. It will likely not last long. The wheels come in the bag itself; you can remove them. I didn't know this when it first arrived and thought it was broken like the first one I ordered (which didn't have a hole for the axel to go through). The wheels are not very stable. If you are on cement, it's ok, but pulling along anything bumpy is challenging. There is a cheap cord you can hold onto as a handle to pull it, but it is very awkward. There isn't a great way to pick it up on both sides other than to grab the straps that hold the thing together. I might use my previous canopy's bag if it fits. The sides work well. I like the air flow. I have not tried the tent in the rain yet, so no clue on the water resistance. Overall worth the purchase for the price, but they need to fix that bag for sure and take a different picture so it isn't misleading.
