This is my second tent from this company. I live the size and the easy set up. In a little less than a year from purchasing my second tent we had to take the tent down for work on our deck. We noticed upon lowering the tent that the canopy had become brittle due to the sun and began to tear as I was removing it . I called Quictent customer service and my called was answered right away who forwarded my concern and need for a new canopy to her supervisor Lynn. I was prepared to pay for another canopy however "Lynn" asked for pictures and upon reviewing the pictures that I sent her she immediately shipped out a new replacement canopy at no charge . I was amazed at the attentive response that Lynn provided wanting to make sure I was a happy customer :) THANK YOU LYNN!!!

I applied too much force when opening the tent, broke the "pop up" feature. Was at an event and when it was time to take it down, had to pretty much bend/break the support frame to get it folded. Contacted customer service, provided photos and instead of sending me the damaged parts, all listed within the manual (a great idea btw), I received a whole new frame! I was blown away!! Not sure if that is the norm for Quictent but based on this alone I would recommend them hands down, 10 out of 10! NOTE/PROS and CONS: I thought the sidewalls were attached by zippers but it was velcro. Still performed well and was easy to take up/down. Thinking about putting bigger wheels on the storage bag to make it easier to move as the tent frame is good quality and heavy. I also wish there was two sets of straps in case two people wanted to carry it instead of pulling/rolling it and I do wish the straps were reinforced as they have torn. 10x10 is a great size, plenty of room for 6+ people (w/chairs). Tent looks nice, with the roll up widows offering a nice touch I haven't seen in other tents.

Canopy cover quality is poor. Upon taking the canopy out of the box I notice that one window was unable to be used as the zipper was not attached. Set up took 3 people all parts for set up were included (minus sandbags which were said to be included). After having the tent up for a few hours threads across the entire tent started coming apart and the Velcro attaching the canopy to the frame was coming off and the zipper became unsewen from the canopy. All of these quality issues occurred within hours of the tent being set up which is horrible quality control. Luckily the instruction manual stated the canopy was under warranty for 12 month and provided direction on how to reach out on Amazon. I messaged the seller pictures and they said that since it was purchased from Amazon it is not covered under warranty even tho Amazon messaging for the warranty is right in the instruction manual and it was purchased from quincents Amazon page. I will note that the frame seemed very solid and held up well. Recap- arrived damaged (unable to zip window), arrived with no sand bags which are included in details, within hours of set up the canopy became unusable, company does not honor their warranty. I would recommend not purchasing this tent, or any tent from the brand due to lack of quality control and inability to follow through on the warranties

Great tent and its very well built for the most part. I had a few issues with attachment points missing on initial delivery. I contacted the company with pictures and the color of my tent(red)and was sent the wrong color (silver) and not even the correct amount of parts ( needed a windowed side panel and a canopy top only received the top)when I contacted them back I was told I must have gotten the wrong package send to me and never heard back. Not the end of the world to me since the side panel can still be used I just don't have an attachment point on the bottom and I have different color top but you don't even notice if the sides are off. I do suggest a better set of spikes then what comes with the tent as they are cheap and bend easily. I have no problem setting this up alone. I use mine for paintball and in the summer it's up weekly and in the fall winter and spring it's up once or twice a month. I set it up and tear it down 100% alone slowly moving around the tent. To raise MD up and tear down. Takes about 5 minutes to set up without sides by myself. This tent has been up about 30 times since I've owned it and still works great.

I can Not brag enough about how much I love this tent!!! Not only is it beautiful, i got so many complements on it.. Unfortunately, I had mine kinda destroyed the 1st time i used it (no one else's fault, but my own and the Texas winds) BUT, the manufacturer "Quictents" was Amazing and helped me with a solution fast. I purchased this pretty pink tent to set up behind my jeep at ultra races. For a base camp, changing, sleeping, hanging out area. I took it to a 4 day event, Day 2, the winds kicked in hard. 7 other pop-ups were destroyed. The wind lifted my pop up and flipped all the way over, me and a friend were able to wrangle it back into place tie it to my jeep and get through the event. But it was damaged. I'd staked it down and even used additional sandbags purchased on Amazon. But the winds were high, really high!!. 2poles had broken and others were damaged. From the looks of things I thought maybe I could fix it with replacement parts. (I'd just bought it, only my 1st time to use it, I wasn't gonna give up easily) I packed it up, brought it home and contacted the manufacturer via Amazon. And let me tell you what I can't sing their praises highly enough!! The worked with me via email and helped find the perfect solution. Upon further inspection I'd realized there was more damage to the structure than I'd originally noticed. The company does sell replacement parts and the tent even comes with a guide, diagrams and parts by number. I found what needed to be replaced, and it was a lot. So the company offered to sell me a whole new frame and recommended I keep the old one in storage, in case I needed future parts. Excellent idea. I purchased the replacement frame for a very reasonable price and it came really fast. I am so very very pleased with how quictents handled my issue. They could have just blown me off, as it is not there fault I had it set up in super high winds. The manual says take it down. During snow and high winds.( I would have, but I was asleep) So to be fair, the company didn't have to do anything for me at all. But they did!! Khloee from customer service worked with me back and forth via Email until we found a solution.!! Id have given 10 stars if it had been an option.

PROS: This tent is attractive, lightweight, and easy to assemble; the pink color really drew attention, which was great, and it never felt too hot sitting beneath it even on scorching summer days. Easy to carry. There are removable panels on all sides and the windows are a very nice touch, allowing breeze without fully opening the tent. The fabric is light and does what it says - provides shade and reflective inner material. The velcro to hold the fabric in place feels cheap, but does the job. Unfortunately that's where the "pros" end, and I'm afraid the cons are much more significant. CONS: Because the tent is so light, it's also very flimsy. I've had a mostly-assembled tent blow completely away and knock into someone else's things (not cool) with winds that were not exactly hurricane-level (more like a steady light breeze!). The included stakes are weak, and we added cement blocks to help secure the tent every time it went up. Same as adding weights, which is standard practice, but we added a LOT more weight than most others did. The real issue is with the frame: it is extremely thin, very light, and easily bendable. The expandable "X" sections don't snap into place, only flex. On slightly windy days, the wind was enough pressure against the staked tent legs that the tent sides would start to bend in on themselves. We spent a lot of time simply pushing the tent out to make sure it didn't collapse. This is horribly annoying when you're trying to sell at an event. We had other vendors come over to help us and complain that they've had the same issue with this exact tent model and had since switched, even if theirs didn't have the same great panels. I've since gotten out of direct sales and have no need to use the tent for events other than maybe a backyard picnic, but if I were to continue doing any events in the future, I would absolutely buy a different tent.

Have patience! All of it is pretty much self-explanatory if you have any mechanical knowledge of how things work or could possibly work. Great product though so far. Iβm hoping the material is going to hold up to the sun. All zippers and stitching are fantastic. There should actually be a net that you can Velcro over the hole in the peak so bugs donβt come inside those air holes though. Other than that so far so good
