I have been wanting to order a 20 x 20 tent for years and finally pulled the trigger and I'm incredibly happy that I selected this item AND this company/manufacturer. Before purchasing I had read other reviews and was impressed with the commentary of the fantastic customer service when called upon. Not knowing if I would ever need it, I felt it was a strong reason to move forward with a purchase. The tent itself is amazing. I felt the framing was very sturdy and the material was what I expected. Having the option to enclose the tent is great and really allows you to plan for both the look you're wanting for your gatherings as well as for weather. I did go a step further and purchased 6 yard anchors that were about 30" long to twist into the ground to tie straps to for extra stability to tie the frame down incase of wind and would recommend others to do so too as a precautionary. Outside of that, you'll have everything you need with this order and you can put it up with one able bodied person but would recommend two. It took me about an hour to do it alone. The three bags are great for storage and the canopy fits great into the large bag even after use. I did have a couple items that I needed to communicate with the company for help and two items for replacement and it was by far the easiest and most enjoyable customer experience I can remember having in the past 20 years. The platform to communicate, send pics and the attentiveness and immediate follow through by the company was incredible. I would have no hesitation in ordering another tent from them in the future or other products they might offer based on the customer service alone. Great quality and value all around.

I’ve built this 20x40 canopy twice for two different events, and both times it was a smooth and straightforward process. For something this size, I definitely recommend having 3–4 people to help—it makes assembly much easier and more efficient. It takes us about 2 hours to set up and another 2 hours to take down, which is pretty reasonable considering the size. The parts fit together well, and the structure feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside we encountered was that one storage bag was missing. Luckily, we were still able to fit all the poles into the remaining bags without too much trouble. Overall, it’s a solid, user-friendly canopy that’s great for large events.

Worked well for 35 people, could have fit a few more in. Set up was pretty easy with 3 people; just make sure that you align the wing nuts on the same side of the poles as the spring pins or you will be doing it twice. Two of the connector pieces were slightly bent and needed to be unbent with a pair of pliers prior to assembly. There was also a cosmetic defect in the tent. One of the canvas pieces meant to cover the legs was missing. This doesn't affect the function of the tent and is just cosmetic. We didn't use the side curtains so I cannot comment on those. The storage bags seem to work well for the poles and the canvas but I had to find a large plastic storage container for all of the metal connectors, bungee straps and other small pieces. Overall, it was a decent tent that went together easily, seemed sturdy in light winds and provided shade on a hot July afternoon.

Very disappointed in this read all specifications said water proof, heavy duty water resistant, uv protection just after set up first of rain found several little pinholes though out tent not to bad so just covered holes with white gator tape took care of it for quite awhile. I have made this a man cave set it on a 2x8 pressure treated platform and acquired it down to the platform. Now just over a year ago not it leaks everywhere especially all the seems the top is shot they would not honor it said it's over a year and warranty is not good anymore. My thoughts paying 1200 hundred dollars for it and all the specifications that they listed that it should last more than a year don't all of you? Well contacted seller and they want me to pay 300 dollars for a new top, I thought it was quite steep sense it's been leaks sense day one didn't replace it then because it's 20x40 not really very easy to take top back off it's 13.6 foot high plus it's full of all my man cave stuff, pool table stereo, lights etc. And would have to send it back to them before I was able to get another one. They wanted the hole tent back nuts. So the seller says he will sell me a top for 250 dollars but I have to purchase 5 is that stupid or what? Don't buy it I am now trying to figure out what I am going to do. They won't honor messed up faults advertising I think. Very very very very disappointed. Sincerely Raymond Lawton from Ocala Florida. This is our second tent that we’ve bought from this company Our first tent was great we bought this second one for a wedding incase of bad weather and to use for our daughters birthdays that are in the fall and winter (we have a big family to host) I can’t express enough how much we love these tents and the seller They are great quality We put up our new tent a few weeks ago and had some light winds that tipped our tent over and caused some damage to the poles and sidings. (The only bad part is, the anchors aren’t made well. That’s what caused ours to tip over. I would highly suggest buying separate anchors.) But the company did everything they could to make sure our damaged pieces were replaced without a fee It’s a great product and a great company
