Used it twice so far about a week each time, survived 25mph winds and a few downpours. We had the front of the tent open as well as 3 panels open on the sides. It was easy enough to setup but would be better if the pieces were color coded. A couple of the poles came with minor dents but they weren’t dented enough to make us want to bother with getting replacements. The provided stakes will likely be inadequate for any kind of wind/storms, especially if you’re dealing with challenging ground like hidden rocks. You’ll definitely want to get more significant stakes and tie down straps. I’ve seen groups using other tents like this from other companies and I’m glad I chose this one, it is sturdier and easier to setup than the other models I’ve seen. I saw one such tent get destroyed in a storm that ours survived.

I have been wanting to order a 20 x 20 tent for years and finally pulled the trigger and I'm incredibly happy that I selected this item AND this company/manufacturer. Before purchasing I had read other reviews and was impressed with the commentary of the fantastic customer service when called upon. Not knowing if I would ever need it, I felt it was a strong reason to move forward with a purchase. The tent itself is amazing. I felt the framing was very sturdy and the material was what I expected. Having the option to enclose the tent is great and really allows you to plan for both the look you're wanting for your gatherings as well as for weather. I did go a step further and purchased 6 yard anchors that were about 30" long to twist into the ground to tie straps to for extra stability to tie the frame down incase of wind and would recommend others to do so too as a precautionary. Outside of that, you'll have everything you need with this order and you can put it up with one able bodied person but would recommend two. It took me about an hour to do it alone. The three bags are great for storage and the canopy fits great into the large bag even after use. I did have a couple items that I needed to communicate with the company for help and two items for replacement and it was by far the easiest and most enjoyable customer experience I can remember having in the past 20 years. The platform to communicate, send pics and the attentiveness and immediate follow through by the company was incredible. I would have no hesitation in ordering another tent from them in the future or other products they might offer based on the customer service alone. Great quality and value all around.

Overall, this tent is of great quality, especially for the price! Me and my wife decided to purchase this tent for an outdoor party at our home. The cost of the tent was only $150 more than what it would have cost to rent one from a local business, so we decided to just purchase one. It came in three large boxes. One box was the coverings / windows, and the other two boxes were the poles and connectors. The poles appear to be moderately thick galvanized steel with a glossy white powder coat. The welds on the angled pieces seem strong and sturdy enough for repeated use. We did not find any surface rust or integrity issues with the poles or connectors. The roof and wall covers also seem to be good quality, they are about as thick as the pricier tarps found at Lowe’s. We had a few factory defects in our roof cover which consisted of weak eyelets that weren’t secured to the roof cover itself. We contacted the supplier through Amazon and the issue was easily solved without any problem. It took the two of us a little over an hour to set it up. I highly recommend laying all of the pieces out in order before attempting to build it, it made the process a lot easier. Also , try to center the roof cover as best as you can while keeping the frame square. This will minimize how much you have to pull on the roof cover to get it to fit without ripping it. Overall, I would recommend this tent!

We’ve been extremely happy with this party tent! The quality is excellent—it’s sturdy, durable, and after using it over 10 times it still looks as good as new. It’s definitely built to last. The only downside is that setup can be a little tedious since there’s a lot of hardware involved, but once it’s up, it’s solid and does the job perfectly. When we first ordered, we had a very close deadline because we needed the tent for a party. Unfortunately, a few parts were missing in the initial shipment, but the company was absolutely awesome to deal with. They quickly understood our situation and expedited the missing pieces so we had everything in time. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with this tent—it’s great quality, has held up beautifully, and the company really stands behind their product. Highly recommend

This tent will take 4-6 hours MINIMUM to assemble. The ground stakes provided are ENTIRELY too small and lightweight to actually hold this tent or any in place. Its a nut and bolt assembly tent despite what the images show. If you aren't 100% sure this is EXACTLY what you need, use a different company to purchase from, customer service is not any help and will try their best not to refund you or make you at fault.

I’ve built this 20x40 canopy twice for two different events, and both times it was a smooth and straightforward process. For something this size, I definitely recommend having 3–4 people to help—it makes assembly much easier and more efficient. It takes us about 2 hours to set up and another 2 hours to take down, which is pretty reasonable considering the size. The parts fit together well, and the structure feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside we encountered was that one storage bag was missing. Luckily, we were still able to fit all the poles into the remaining bags without too much trouble. Overall, it’s a solid, user-friendly canopy that’s great for large events.
