I have had this product for several months . The color is beautiful and is perfect for sun shade over my hot tub . Unfortunately I didn’t take it down before the first major storm hit . The winds were very strong and shredded the canopy. Fortunately , after contacting customer service I was able to replace just the canopy for a nominal fee . I had a quick up product from an original easy shelter company. The frame under this cover is far more substantial and easier to operate. The cover is good, but could be a heavier gauge. Overall, a great product, at a great price, that will last for several years.

The frame is very sturdy and very easy to put up alone. I loved everything about it until the canopy started to rip. Now they are on backorder, I can’t get a replacement so I gorilla glue taped the canopy up. I may just return the whole thing. Disappointed.

Nice canopy that was easy to set up and looks nice, 4-stars for that. Then the canopy was caught in a hail storm and the top cover suffered lots of damage (frame was fine). Customer service folks were quick to respond and we were able to get a new top cover shipped quickly. Very helpful!

I used once for a camping with my baby boy, but It started to rain and the canopy began to leak water at the seams. It rained more inside than outside. Not good and definitely not water resistant.

I had an issue where the stitching was coming out on one of the covers. I reached out to the manufacture to see what it would cost to replace, and they sent me a replacement completely free of charge for something that was out of warranty. The company was great and easy to work with and I will be a customer for life.

We put this up on a Saturday. Loved the looks, and it blocked the sun beautifully. Sunday we had a bad storm and a tornado crossed through our back yard demolishing everything. The canopy was completely destroyed. Am planning on ordering it again.
