I bought this tent because we had an outdoor wedding planned and an 85% chance of rain. The listing had a disclaimer saying this tent was frequently returned. I read many of the reviews and all were positive so I took a chance on it. WOW! I and everyone else was impressed. It is easy to assemble without tools, sturdy and rain proof. The kit came with spikes and rope to secure it on a grassy surface. Gloves were also included for setup. The instructions are easy to follow and all of the poles are labelled for easy identification and assembly. The 2 storage bags are sturdy and hold all of the poles and assembly parts. The only thing I would have liked to have is a third storage bag to hold the walls and roof. That was an easy fix. I found some sturdy and reasonably priced ones to store them in. The tent held 45-50 people plus chairs and after the ceremony tables. If you need a good quality, comparatively reasonably priced tent. No need to look further. Order the 20 ft by 30 ft party tent. Arrived quickly and four boxes. One of the boxes was damaged and the seller was quick to resolve the issue where one of the poles was bent. After we identified which pole that quickly sent a replacement. Easy to set up an instructions made assembly foolproof. Tent looks great - sturdy, tall and spacious. Price for Party tent is worth it! It took 3 of us to set it up. 30 mins in all, easy installation. It is rain & wind resistance- as it rained the night we set it up! It’s very nice & spacious! We got the 20x30- it fit 10 tables plus 60 chairs! Definitely worth my purchase. Fit around 50-60 people. Definitely recommend don’t even think about it- it’s def good quality and a good purchase! I purchased the 20x40ft tent and it is awesome for outdoor events. Things to know: the instruction booklet gives you the directions for all of the tents by this company so make sure you identify the correct one. Also the stickers that label each of the parts, will come off. We decided to use a sharpie to label each one for future use. The more people you have, the better for set up and tear down. Took us about two hours with 3 people. Tear down was faster but strength and height of helpers can make or break your time. Also, the WIND!!! We had the sides attached and one decent gust of wind will float the entire tent away. So make sure you use the things that tie down the sides for any amount of wind. Love the bags that keep everything together afterwards. The packages that arrive originally are HEAVY so keep that in mind. Looking forward to using this for many future events. ... show more

A sturdy, well-made tent. Flexible options to use. I only used the ROOF TOP for shade, and the 16'x22' was perfect for a large buffet, bar, and cocktail tables. Requires two people; the metal poles are heavy but sturdy. assembly not complicated if you read the instructions however material rough and low quality product sorry but true missing pieces bend pipes screw wont hold once u try to tight cant take its part been couple of weeks trying to get a hold of customer service to resolve the issue for return cant say much not worth to spend all that money and then to be disappointed from the quality of the product material not good I have to give low rating for sure on that ... show more

By far the BEST customer service i have had with buying a product. Bought this tent for my daughters graduation party. Easy to put up, structurally sound, and looks great! The sides walls attach easy, and unzip to allow air flow when needed. Tent feels bigger than it is with the tall center. We had a high wind storm come through after the party, bending some pieces of the frame. Luckily the canopy and sides were still in good shape.
