This is my 2nd Quictent. The first I bought four years ago, kept it up year-round in South Carolina, & replaced pieces & walls until it collapsed in a February windstorm. This tent is superior to the first! Poles are of a better metal and there are stabilizing bars across the “roof.” Walls are of a heavier, better constructed vinyl than the first tent I purchased. Grommets all match up between the roof and sidewalls so no struggling to find bungees to attach it to the frame. There’s no Velcro attachments from sidewalls to frame to rip apart in winds, only bungees as attaching cords, which are easily replaceable, if needed. My only frustration is rolling up sidewalls is not with a quick Velcro and snap buckle but, hoping this proves better in the long-run. Having said that, I readily admit I LOATHE dealing with Quictent customer service. I’m hoping my latest purchase with its improved construction brings an improvement in its customer service as well.

I did a lot of research before purchasing my Quictent. What sold me was the customer service reviews. My order arrived on time, was easy to unbox, and wrapped pretty well. I did have two poles that had very slight dings in them, so I requested replacements. The support was VERY quick to address my concerns, and the replacement poles can very quickly. I later wanted to check in to see if they offer a 20x20 canopy for my kit so that I could make a tent 1/2 the size if needed, they do, and they sent the directions for the tent so I could have the piece of mind to ensure my poles would fit. The 2nd canopy arrived quickly and on time. All of my questions or needs were handled by Martina and I give her and the product 5 stars! Thank you so much! The tent itself is top quality. I pot a dot of spray paint of different colors on the different connection points once I had the frame top set up to make it faster the next time. I don't think it was necessary but my helpers said it would be useful to them.

Sturdier than most party tents. Used for football game tailgating parties and has held up well under windy and rainy conditions. We lower the top to ground level when severe weather is expected. Easy to put up and take down. Plenty of room and height for guests.

I bought this tent for my wedding. We were going to rent one but found the cost of renting to be very close to the cost of buying one and we have the storage space so decided to buy. We did a lot of research and finally decided on this tent and company. Their customer service has been unmatched. A couple poles had some dents on the end from shipping (like 4 out of 100). I emailed customer service and they responded within a business day and had new parts here within a couple days. Donna was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this tent and company to absolutely everyone looking to have a big event

We have used this tent a few times now and love it. Seat 98 people and we have a stage for a band on o e end. It rained during party and everybody stayed dry and comfortable. We added a few box fans in rafters to keep air moving. You need at least four people to put up tent! This thing is heavy and built amazingly well. Easy to assemble as so long as you have enough people.

This tent is well made and held up to the elements. We held a large fundraiser in our backyard. We had it set up for a week in which it rained hard. The tent held up well. My only complaint are for the corner stakes. We had to buy hardier auger stakes to make sure it stayed put. Overall I would buy this tent again.
