Overall, this tent is of great quality, especially for the price! Me and my wife decided to purchase this tent for an outdoor party at our home. The cost of the tent was only $150 more than what it would have cost to rent one from a local business, so we decided to just purchase one. It came in three large boxes. One box was the coverings / windows, and the other two boxes were the poles and connectors. The poles appear to be moderately thick galvanized steel with a glossy white powder coat. The welds on the angled pieces seem strong and sturdy enough for repeated use. We did not find any surface rust or integrity issues with the poles or connectors. The roof and wall covers also seem to be good quality, they are about as thick as the pricier tarps found at Lowe’s. We had a few factory defects in our roof cover which consisted of weak eyelets that weren’t secured to the roof cover itself. We contacted the supplier through Amazon and the issue was easily solved without any problem. It took the two of us a little over an hour to set it up. I highly recommend laying all of the pieces out in order before attempting to build it, it made the process a lot easier. Also , try to center the roof cover as best as you can while keeping the frame square. This will minimize how much you have to pull on the roof cover to get it to fit without ripping it. this tent (13 x 22) comes in 3 heavy boxes of approx 45, 45, and 70 pounds. It will realistically take 2-3 people 2.5 hours start to finish to assemble and secure the tent. The tent comes with light-weight anchors for securing the tent to the ground, and the included manual warns against using the tent : "in the wind", "in the rain", "for extended use:. I and extra $50 and bought a number of 5-gallon buckets and 50 pound bags of concrete. With eye-bolts in the cement in the buckets I made some VERY heavy weights to keep this thing on the ground. Within the first night of use we had wind gusts of +35mph and HEAVY rain (western Oregon-style) the tent moved about 4-6 inches north, but didn't fly away or get torn apart. I doubt that this would support any snow whatsoever, but is reasonably dependable in rain and wind. this would probably be PERFECT for one-day events such as weddings, parties, picnics, fairs, markets, etc. ... show more

I needed a sturdy but affordable shelter that would serve me many months to use as an outdoor workshop space to build a small timber frame house. I chose Quictent because I figured that any tent I chose would eventually need a part or a replacement canopy, and I had read positive reviews commending Quictent's responsive customer service. I can confirm that this is definitely the case; they really stand behind their product as I have recently experienced. I would recommend contacting them if you have any issues at any point of the tent's life or if you have just received it with any imperfections. Be sure to use their email at maxlead.us@gmail.com, I have found this is the best way to reach them. I used this tent throughout last summer and into the winter, in conditions in New Hampshire that really pushed its limits. To begin with, it held up very well in moderate through semi-heavy weather, including rain storms and moderately high winds off an airport runway (I ballasted the legs with 100lbs of cement blocks ratcheted to each leg post), and it lasted for months with no mechanical problems of any kind. Finally, a massive winter storm blew down the tent entirely while we were working in it, (to give you an idea how strong the storm was, it knocked over my worktables, which are over a hundred pounds each), snapping half of the legs and ripping a hole in the canopy. At the time I was fortunate enough to be able to move my workspace into a warehouse and didn't to contact Quictent for replacement parts. Now, over a year after purchasing the tent, I find myself in need of an outdoor workshop/storage area once again. I emailed Quictent, and Milka from their customer service responded immediately, offering to replace the legs and damaged tent top free of charge, with no shipping costs. I just received the parts today, less than a week after speaking with her. To me, the customer service is very important because a tent quickly becomes quite worthless without even just a few pieces. I hope this review is useful to you in making your decision. I added the best photos that I had of the tent and would like to add that it does come with walls even though we didn't put them up in order to go in and out with timbers easier. Did have some issues, but they were corrected. They issues couldn't be corrected quickly enough, but at least they weren't ignored. Size was great. Definitely would not recommend the 10x20' tents. The biggest issue was the setup pulling g cloth taught and tore a couple spots about three inches. Honestly ended up looking ok. Hated spending the money. ... show more

Used this on a 1 week shoot, very happy with this purchase as we can use it again and again. Don't tug too hard on seams as they do tend to want to come apart, stretch gently and it should last a long time. Storage bags are awesome if a tad weak on the handles due to the weight of parts.

This shipment came on time. It was packaged very well. However a couple of legs connecting pole end were slightly bent. I was able to adjust them with a long nose pliers. The other issue I had was a manufacturing defect in the top tarp (a coupling holes). I contacted there customer service. Jasmine from there CSR team responded back to me right away. I sent some pictures for review and she immediately shipped me a new tarp send me tracking info. Thank you Jasmine for the AWESOME customer service!!!! Overall the product is great quality. Designed to last many years. The assembly process does take time as this is not one of those quick pop up tents that lasts typically a short time.
