This item was packaged well and ALL the parts were there..I am an old woman and it was an absolute dream to put together..the only assistance I had was a young gentlemen much taller than I was who helped me lift the tent to put the other 4 legs in..other than that I did the entire thing myself..cudos to the manufacturer of this carport..the only thing I found that could have been better was the rope that was supplied..not even strong enough..I bought stronger rope..the bottom bar and top suspension is genius..this product is ten times stronger than my other one (which did last ten years) and the tent cover is of good quality..the shipping was fast.. over all the experience was superb..I anchored it with ratchet straps on all 8 t- joints..

This really really surprised me %100 ! Very high quality ! Great price and free shipping ! out of all the parts only had 1 minor issue with a small bolt hole which was a 1 minute fix with a drill !

Although the canvas has had a few problems with the eye hooks on the door and the holes in the top where it rubs at the connections, the frame has held up well so far and I do have it anchored with fence post as I leave it up for the flea market. Contacted the seller and they have been very vigilant at making certain I'm satisfied with my purchase. They're sending a new top cover and this time I'm going to put some felt at each connection to keep the canvas from rubbing the medal. For the most part this is by far the most stable carport I've found and their customer service is willing to go above and beyond so I greatly thank them for that. Because I leave this carport up, like I said I anchored it with fence post, I also have rope around three sides and across the top. There have been some good storms and heavy wind go through and it's still standing! I would highly recommend this carport and company. I fixed the eye holes on the door with meltable plastic.

Carport went together really well. All the pieces were there. The frame is a sound foundation. You can reinforce it as you see fit. Bought a heavy-duty tarp to cover the top to protect from the sun although it worked pretty well to protect against sun and rain before adding the tarp. Very pleased with product.

Assembled this by myself in about 4 hours, Because of the soil conditions, I was not able to secure it as well as I would have liked. This proved to be an issue when the bomb cyclone hit this area and blew the shelter into 2 horse fences before coming to rest upside down. In taking it apart after the storm I determined that 4 poles and 1 connector had broken. Minor damage was done to the tarps which were repaired and Quictent replaced the poles and connector within a week. I reassembled the shelter this time sing 4 rubber horse mats across the bottom poles with 4 separate tie downs and with each upright pole pinned into the ground. Hopefully this time there will be no issue of pulling loose and flipping. Update 1-6-2023 The carport cover has not held up well. The sun has destroyed the cover. I went so far as to buy another tarp to put over the top and today I saw that original cover has split in half at the ridge pole. Further the zipper on one side has failed and my fix was to put in eyelet grommets to hold the the door opening shut. Lastly the the tie-down straps for door totally failed within the first 6 months. They simply disintegrated.

I’ve had this carport for approximately two years now and I’m very satisfied with it. It has held up well under different weather conditions light snow, rain and even wind gust upward of 50 miles per hour. I had to anchor it with my own ratcheting Straps on each corner. The nylon string provided and anchors are not any good. Customer support usually responds within 24hours by email. I was assisted by Khloee from customer support because the 3 boxes were shipped with different arrival times causing me to believe that I had missing items. They only provided one tracking information for one of the 3 shipments. Other than the poor shipping notifications I am satisfied with this product. instructions were easily read along putting it together.
