Nice product. Easy to assemble, just a little time consuming. Pay attention to direction of pieces. Most pieces can be put together either direction but only one way is correct. I hope that helps someone. I had to redo a couple pieces before I figured it out. The only problem I had was with shipping. The first shipment came with the package all torn up. There were bent panels and missing pieces. I e-mailed customer support and was pleasantly surprised how understanding and prompt they were especially Betty. She is awesome. She took care of everything fast and stayed in touch with me every day until everything was taken care of. Its so unusual to get that kind of customer care these days. I highly recommend doing business with this company. They are very lucky to have Betty on there team.

Came with all of the required pieces and went together well. The only thing we would have liked different is to have been able to construct the roof section while on the ground and then insert the legs. That is how we did 2 other larger carports that we helped assemble. This one involves a lot of up & down the ladder, requiring much more effort than should have been necessary (only reason I dropped 1 star). But it did hold up to a MAJOR golf-ball sized hail storm, dented but still whole, so that is good. All in all it will do the job that it was purchased for.

Great quality Carport at half the price of other brands. We were a little weary at purchase but once it arrived the quality of the materials was surprisingly above our expectations. We did have a small issue with a few missing parts (T-Flanges) but the seller gladly sent them to us without any issues. I advise to unpack and take inventory off the provided parts list in the assembly instructions. We have purchased a second carport for the other side of our property!

I put this together by myself, the frame is 1.5” square and right at the.050 thick which equals to somewhere between 17-18 gauge, the roof panels seem to be less than 29 gauge. All the holes are predrilled which helps to keep it aligned while installing, it seems to be sturdy. Good value for the money. Some damage from the carrier but easily straightened out. I give it 4 stars because of the size of the frame tubing at the price it should have been 2”.

Nice unit with a strong frame. All the parts were there. The instructions are pretty weak and some of the holes for the roof were not in alignment.

The product is great, no damaged/missing parts. Instructions were pretty good. Just need to pay more attention to the specific orientation of the roof braces that contain the screw holes for the roof panels. Since I needed about 11' clearance for the T-Top on the boat that was going under it we simply installed the whole thing on 4x4 structures that were about 36" off the ground (in concrete footings)....PERFECT!! Just be sure to tie it all down to ground stakes so that it doesn't end up in someone else's yard. Expect to install a few more of these shortly. Good luck!!
