This massager was such a great buy! I use it as a back massager, and the acupressure and kneading pressure is excellent, especially for relieving the tightness in my lower back. After the massage, I feel so relaxed. The quality is also great; it doesn't feel like cheap plastic. After using it for a few days, my shoulders, neck, and back feel so much lighter!

I don't know if it was assembled backwards, but seems so. The rotating balls face the back, away from your back. Can't be felt. Turn it around, it will hurt you!!! Someone needs to actually test these things.

So this can be used two ways. One where you can place it where the massager portion protrudes outward and the other where it is just the cushion. I installed this on my work chair and primarily use it for the heating than the massager. I wish it got a bit more heat out. But it feels good as my current chair does not have enough lumbar adjustment. The massager part is nice especially if you have back pain and you and can be moved upwards on the chair so can massage upper portion of back. There is no sound from the device itself
