The media could not be loaded. Item arroved on time. Came in 2 packages on different days. Pretty heavy may need 2 people or a small hand truck to carry. Once built it is sturdy. Took some time to put together, id say a little more than an hour. It helps to lay out all the items first and review the booklet also look at what shape you want to have this put together prior to building. I decided to make it as the L-shape bc my closet wasnt as long if it were straight. Tips: if you're placing this inside a closet as I have (see video) make sure to complete inside if you don't have overhead room. The handles it came with were a brown pleather and chrome material. I think the product is actually really cute for a room with no closet (like mine) and does its job well. I like that they are a lot of configurations you can do to customize it. HOWEVER. it is heavy. like me and my roommate struggled to bring both boxes up the stairs heavy. not to mention it took like 5-6 hours for me to put it together by myself. it's good but def have a friend or three ... lol

This closet organizer is my best purchase on Amazon thus far. The material is made of very strong strudy metal. The manual was easy to navigate and all the screws and bolts were enough to assemble closet. Thank you Amazon.

I absolutely love this closet organizer! It’s super sturdy and well made, though it does take quite a bit of time to assemble. It took me about 2 hours since there are so many pieces to track. However, the end product is great. Highly recommend

This product hold quite a bit, and allows many ways of organizing your garments. I purchased 3 units for my closet and have plenty of storage capacity. My only gripe, ease of assembly and the instructions could be better, especially when constructing a corner unit. Would be nice if a note was made on the straight unit step to indicate to go to the corner unit instructions at the step in which the you stop using the straight unit instructions. Sometimes you get in a groove (as I did) and have to deconstruct.

Very large and heavy rack. Both of those things are good. Took my wife and I 6 hours to assemble. Be sure you build it in the room it will stay in as it is a lot to move when assembled. Directions are fairly easy to follow. Finished product has some parts that do not line up as well as they could but fine for the intended use. I would recommend for someone that needs storage of this size.

I purchased two of these units to turn a bedroom into a walk in closet. Its not cheap but certainly cheaper than paying for some of the commercial closet systems. This was a beast to put together. You really should have two people, but I did much of it by myself. When my husband came to help it moved mych faster. It is super sturdy and looks beautiful. There are lots of options for hanging and shelves. That being said Im going to point out some of the struggles I had: There were a few dings and cracks. Otherwise the packaging was superior. The few little blemishes are easily concealed. I dont love the drawers and am not sure if they will hold up over time as the front are completely secured with cam locks amd feel a little wobbly already. The finish on the drawer front have some scratches and because its a leatherette type of material it shows greasy for some reason. The instructions for option D (left sided L) are wrong. I ended up taking it apart 3 times only to realize that you cant build it following the instructions as it will be inside out and backwards. Once I realized that I was fine but I lost an entire day of work due to this. I would still buy this again just for the sheer stability and aesthetics of the unit.
