The canopy was easy to set up. I did it by myself and it would have been even easier with second person. It seems very sturdy as we had it set up for several days, even through a rainstorm. It was much larger than I expected, and we were able to set up three tables with chairs underneath. My only complaint is how thin the actual canopy material is. I am not sure how long it will hold up. Other than that, I am satisfied with the purchase.

A perfect tent! Well designed and well made. At first I thought the stakes were useless because they were so small but upon use they had plenty of holding power. This tent is certainly not intended for use in heavy storms but with normal rain showers and mild winds the tent works fine. The company was most helpful in responding to my inquiry's and shipping the tent as quickly as possible. I am grateful for that.

I had a little issue with the tent on arrival and the company and customer service’s number one goal was to make sure that the product met expectations. The tent is a great size and easy to put up if you have a few people help. Just make sure to follow the steps in the booklet. Nice color not the typical white tent.

Upon removing the frame from the box yesterday, we found 2 bars snapped in half, rendering the canopy completely unusable. Unfortunately, the window for return has expired, so I'm stuck paying about $180.00 for a product I can neither use or return. Frustrating!

We had a very bad wind storm here a couple of days ago and the tent was able to withstand 60mph winds and on suffered a tiny bit of damage...nothing that was problematic for its use. Good value for the money.

We bought four of these 10x20 foot tents so that our synagogue could hold outdoor worship services beginning last Spring. They provided enough shade from our California sun to enable our community to safely gather together during the pandemic. On one particular day, a relatively strong wind came up, strong enough that it tore all four canopie, leaving the frames intact. I contacted Quictent, as the tents were still within the warranty period. Vincy from the Quictent Customer Service Team responded immediately, sending out replacement covers for all four tents. When the first package contained the side panels rather than the covers, he quickly rectified the situation by sending a second package with replacement covers. I was incredibly impressed by his dedication to his product and his customers. It is an example to other vendors.
