We were planning a party on the backyard and we bought this. Put this up a sweet few days before, to have enough time to address anomalies. The final product is decent, but they sent a few duplicate parts on some and not enough on others. It is a good thing that my husband is handy and could accommodate and pivot. The Velcro fastener that attaches the actual tent to the polls is short and poorly made. Done of them ripped. We had to improvise there too. Get the sand bags from somewhere, because you need it. The party was a success and the tent gave it a good look at the end. But we had to make some changes to accommodate some poor packaging and product defect. ... show more

Things I really like: 1. The price for this large of a tent. It worked great and we'll use it again for sure. 2. Customer service - I damaged 3 of the poles on accident. They shipped me replacements free of charge and followed up to make sure I received them. That was great customer service! 3. It worked when we finally got it up and served the purpose well. Things that were frustrating: 1. The parts aren't super high quality, but that's what you get for the price. However, all parts worked and it held together well. 2. You definitely need the white tape that comes with it because some joints come apart until they are taped. But it works when applied and easy to take off for disassembly. 3. You need AT LEAST 6 people to lift it up and get legs attached without it all coming apart. Construct the roof first then lift it up and put the legs on. That worked well though. 4. Once it's up, it is VERY unsturdy and wobbly - until you attach the cover. The tarp/cover pulls the tent tight and attaches to the bottom of the legs making the entire unit much more stable. With the roof on, it works great. 5. You need a pretty level surface for the best set-up. It takes some tinkering to get the most stable setup but then was fine and we left it there for 2 days with no problem (even with some wind, although we had it tied down really well). The frustrating things were easily overcome and now that I understand how best to assemble the tent we will definitely use it again for big parties. This is by no means an item that you will be able to use again and again, or if it rains or if it's windy. There are so many little pieces that there is some investment needed to assemble it and you need at least two people to complete the job. It held up through the party because we heavily tethered it. Use your tethers! I wish the design had allowed allows in the pole to stake it to the base. The base is flimsy, at best. Overall, if this a one-time use product for a party...buy it. If you're looking for a staple to use every year... forget about it. ... show more

A good canopy for the money. Had a issue with one piece of the connectors. I co tasted the company and they were more than willing to promptly resolve my issue and they did. I was very pleased and impressed on there quick resolve I had what I needed In 4 days after our conversation.

If you live in an area with absolutely no wind whatsoever, then this is the perfect product for you. It is very easy to assemble (I put it together myself, not an issue. took 30 minutes) But it is not sturdy or stable by any means. The issue here is there is absolutely no weight to it. In order for it to be sturdy you'd have to either bury wood and nail it to it, or poor concrete and then attach it that way. There's no way on earth that I will believe anyone when they say they just drove the stakes into the ground and it worked for them. Otherwise, great product! ... show more

I have the 10 x 20 canopy. The cover is better than all the other budget canopies available. It was easy to assemble and I liked the plastic coupling that lock in the metal structure. I contacted Quictent and Ivy helped me buy some extra covers for some old canopy frames I had. This is the only company I could find that has replacement canopies for my frame. ... show more

Well packaged all the parts are there, however, I cannot get the top to fit the frame. Have sent an email to the company and am awaiting their response. If they can help it will be a five, if not it will be a one. I have no use for a bunch of metal pipes and an oddly shaped tarp. I heard back from the company representative named Green. He was very apologetic and offered to send out a new top and also to refund me $30.00. I agreed. I sent measurements and photographs. A few days later the second top arrived. Alas, this top didn't fit and showed signs of being previously used. I contacted Green again. He apologized and assured me that they would make sure that I was satisfied. They sent a third top. The third top fit fine and was brand new. Although there were problems with fitment, the customer service was very good. I haven't added the sides yet, but am hopeful I won't have any problems there. Let me say that I did not order this tent for an event or even for people. I am restoring an old Cadillac and although I have an enclosed space to keep it in, the roof has some leaks and it is unheated. I ordered this tent so that I could enclose the car and heat the space while I work on it. In my case, the delay in getting the appropriate top in a short time wasn't that critical. I would suggest that if you are planning to order this tent, order it early and do a run through on the setup to make sure everything is as it is supposed to be. The tent frame was easy to set up. It has spring clips that lock into slots on the adjoining pieces. You should tape the joints as suggested to hold things together while you manipulate the frame. Be gentle, the metal tubes are not very heavy guage and think that they could be easily bent. I tied pieces of cording to the tabs on each leg and threw them over and slowly worked the tent top onto the frame. The top does add some rigidity to the top frame. You need to understand what you are getting for this price level. This is a lot of covered space for not a lot of money. It will not last forever. But if you are gentle and keep it out of the wind, you should get several uses out of it. In summary, I would buy another one. I knew what to expect and was not disappointed or surprised by the material and component quality. I was disappointed that I had to go through a bit of a process to get the correct top. However, If I had ordered this item for a specific event on a specific date and had the same fitment issue I had with this one, I would not be so generous with my review. In fact, I would have given it a 5 if things had gone smoothly, I would have given a 4 if the first replacement top had been the right size. ... show more
