3.5
It's very lightweight, which is an advantage and a disadvantage at the same time. First frame broke after wind gusts, it got replaced and I've used the tent on a weekly basis for 2 years which is considered a long time I guess. Another strong wind broke the frame again and I'm looking into replacing it. Compared with the tents of my co vendors, this isn't really good for tradeshows. I had the 8x8 which worked fine, but a bigger one would have been better. ... show more

Good Popup Tent
Review Image by TC TC
Easy to put up and take down. Sides worked great for the strong winds we encountered that day. My displays were getting knocked over until we put the sides up.

Easy to put up
I had the opportunity to use this right after receiving it. It is extremely easy to put up and it held up well in a surprise rain storm!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE
I like the product. The windows are great. Color is beautiful. But the customer service is so good with this company, no waiting on the phone, no waiting for a response at all. I had a faulty push button leg holder. I emailed via Amazon. Got a response from Milka and within a few days got my part. The email correspondence is spot on. I dont mind the faulty part when it is taken care of immediately. I appreciate this company so much in this chaotic pandemic, no added stress with this company. A pleasure to do business with this company their policies and employees make a world of difference in customer service satisfaction. Order with out hesitation. ... show more
