It's very lightweight, which is an advantage and a disadvantage at the same time. First frame broke after wind gusts, it got replaced and I've used the tent on a weekly basis for 2 years which is considered a long time I guess. Another strong wind broke the frame again and I'm looking into replacing it. Compared with the tents of my co vendors,this isn't really good for tradeshows. I like the product. The windows are great. Color is beautiful. But the customer service is so good with this company, no waiting on the phone, no waiting for a response at all. I had a faulty push button leg holder. I emailed via Amazon. Got a response from Milka and within a few days got my part. The email correspondence is spot on. I dont mind the faulty part when it is taken care of immediately. I appreciate this company so much in this chaotic pandemic, no added stress with this company.
