I ordered this canopy for a special occasion and it came the day before our even. We had no time to check it, when we took out the frame there were two bars broken. We used tape to hold it up because we had no choice. I wrote to the seller and they responded quickly and sent me a new frame. The canopy is easy to put up and worked well except for the little hiccup. But everything is good. It is heavy but come with a nice case that has wheels that made it easy to move. It also provided plenty of shade, we had the sides up to help with that. Overall, I feel it is worth the price.

I bought this to replace two eurmax 10x10 canopies. So far it is awesome! Seems much more heavy duty than what i had before and alot easier to put up. The buttons on the legs are a plus. No more pinching! Customer service is amazing too. The first bag i received had a big rip in it. They sent me a new one right away at no charge. Now for the cons, which is why i only gave 4 stars. There are no D rings on the front to attach a banner to. We dont really have any need for the awning so will likely never use it but even if we did, it would likely hide our banner. The sides attach by a solid line of velcro across the top & sides. Zippers would be a huge improvement here. There are only 4 sides and no doors. We immediately replaced the side panels. Lastly, the bag is awful! Very difficult to maneuver due to placement of the handle in reference to the wheels, and the material is very weak. We replaced it with the Eurmax 10x20 wheeled bag.

Bought this for my sister who had lost her previous canopy in a freak wind gust at one of her events. This canopy is amazing! She is pregnant and able to move the canopy to any location from the car and set it up by herself with no strain. The color is great as well, she is able to tell her customers to “check out her products - find the bright pink canopy!” Very sturdy and durable. She has said it’s a bit heavy so the only thing she can’t do (being pregnant but won’t be an issue after) is get it in and out of the car (but she has friends who help her if needed)

This is an amazing canopy with a few weird flaws. First of all, I love that it is heavy duty. It is heavy duty for sure. But, the description makes it sound like it’s simple to put up. It really is not. Because it’s heavy duty and has an awning. There are a lot of steps involved and I can’t see this being a quick pop-up or a quick takedown. I’ve used it twice and neither time has been simple, getting it put together or taken down. The awning is not part of the foldable skeleton either. It comes as a, honestly, convoluted attachment that does not fold down. You have to disassemble and reassemble multiple bars, little nuts, and screws and rotating handles each time you put up the canopy. Kind of annoying, but doesn’t negate the overall product. (that is, until the day comes when I lose one of those little parts that are necessary for the canopy to work, which is inevitable. I’m already trying to come up with ways I could possibly Jimmy rig the awning when that day comes. None of my theoretical scenarios so far would produce a non-ghetto result.) That said, this is one sturdy son of a gun. It would be even sturdier if the sandbags could stay attached to the canopy without ripping free of their Velcro straps, or if the sandbags could stay intact without ripping open. I’ve only used this canopy twice so far and I’m already down two sandbags. But it’s still a great canopy and I can always MacGyver a sandbag somehow so I’m not too concerned about that. The other weird flaw is that the window coverings open and close from the outside and not the inside. Unless I am putting this thing together completely inside out out which, if that’s the case, what a weird thing to do because it would put the logo and all of the clean seams on the inside and the outside would look like an inside-out canopy. Again, it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I am just extremely lazy and don’t want to get up and walk around to the outside of the canopy to open or close the window. I’d rather just sort of lean back in my chair and undo the little rubber band snap, you know?

Really sturdy and easy to assemble, it looks great!! I had purchased another one that was so flimsy and frustrating that I was expecting the worst! This was a breeze to put together, I was absolutely impressed at the quality. Not the cheapest one, but definitely worth the money.

Did a practice run before the market. Frame appears very sturdy and fabric is nice and thick. Does need two people to put up in a timely fashion.tough to do alone. Arrived on time in good condition. I do wish the storage bags had a pocket for the rope and stakes and was not so flimsy to make it easier to put tent back into. Will leave follow up review after upcoming show.
