well got canopy - FYI 2 people to put up & down- not one person job—1st time put up we did ok took us about 15 min. been awhile since we had a pop up- when taking down going step by step as we push frame back there was a LOUD pop- yes the X bar broke- ok check here on Amazon said to contact Quictent directly- I looked up web site-there was both phone # and email- I went email because I took pictures when we put it up and after the POP took pics of damage- less than day I had reply- Vincy - was my person of contact-was sent list of what needed to be replace- this was Wed- the replace X bar is on its way should be here Mon.--Vincy sent several emails per day about where the replace was -how it 's being shipped 7 what carrier- I was surprised by the pop because the frame is of good weight & soild not flimsy- and the canopy heavy duty- why need 2 folks to put up- 1 star off for frame going pop but 4 for customer service---I'll update after part comes and how it was to replace- fingers crossed -when we put up next time and take down no pop ... show more

Super impressed with this purchase. I really like this particular pop-up tent because the metal is sturdier than others that I’ve had. The wind blew it into a tree and I was able to put it back into the bag when I was finished with it. It is a little difficult to set up when you’re by yourself if there is not enough room for you to wander around and pull all the legs individually. So it does take two people to set it up properly and quickly. Other than that I love this tent ... show more
