I bought this canopy in March 2022 and the frame has held up beautifully ever since! I've actually never taken it down. The canopy cover is also very nice quality, but I abused it by leaving it out in 110+ degree weather and also throughout intense winter storms. So the poor canopy cover needed replacement. I contacted customer service and someone responded the next day. Thankfully, I was able to purchase a replacement and I received it just a couple days later! I would absolutely buy from this company again. In fact, I'll be contacting them again soon because I repeated the same silly mistake this season. Maybe I'll remember to put the cover away before next winter. I'll probably continue to leave the frame up though because it's still quite sturdy and in great shape (btw, I have each leg attached to canopy weight bags that I filled with sand. This is helpful for any popup gazebo).

We did have a problem when we first set this up. We had a very big wind and rain storm and the pop up canopy tent did not hold up too well. We notified the company and told them the problem. The product was so damaged we could not even return it as it was all mangled and torn. After some further communication and clarification of the problem a new Unit was sent to us. We also now realize the Unit cannot be guaranteed to stand through a severe wind and rain storm. We now will take it down when we know that such a storm is coming. The last storm that destroyed it was unexpected.

I purchased a Quictent on 07/16/2020 from Amazon and received it within a week. The tent was easy to assemble and looked great on our brand new deck. On 08/07/2020, we experienced a severe thunder storm with very high winds that bent and snapped a number of parts of the frame (the canopy was unscathed). I emailed Quictent and asked about purchasing replacement parts for the frame. Milka from Quictent Support quickly responded with a parts list and advised me to identify the parts that I needed. When I replied to Milka that I needed 14 replacement parts, she responded that she had arranged to send me a whole new frame at no charge and to save the unbroken parts from the old frame for spare parts. True to her word, I received a whole new frame within 10 days, with no bill attached! Quictent did not have to replace the frame as the damage was caused by an act of God and in no way, was Quictent at fault. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. Their Quictent product, their customer service and their employee Milka are all outstanding and I highly recommend the company and their products.

It looks good enough but only time will tell if it is durable. The frame seems sturdy enough, but the canopy was a little difficult to fit on, it's super tight and stretched the seams a bit. For the cost alone it was a decent purchase, hopefully it lasts for a few summers.

I had high hopes for this but the quality is terrible, the canopy came with a hole right out of the box and then when I went to pop it up the mechanism broke off and I had to use gorilla glue tape to keep it popped up, I’m debating on returning it but I don’t think I’m able to take it down it’s kind of stuck in place now it’s too hard to break down, very disappointed.

Simple to assemble with 2 people; very day it was erected the winds picked up to a steady 20mph with gusts at 30mph and with 5# weights on each leg it survived the night. Next day winds increased so we awkwardly but quickly lowered to about 4' height. This was a trial by fire and the canopy passed the test. My husband constantly comments on the excellent quality for the price. Love the wheeled carrying case it comes with. Highly recommend this product. 4 stars because the cover is not thick like canvas but a nice quality water-proof vinyl,,,I will not leave this up through the winter.
