A Must-Have Upgrade That Transforms Comfort and Extends Playtime
Style: Elite Strap with Battery
The Meta Quest Elite Strap with Battery is one of those accessories that immediately makes you wonder why it isn’t included by default. After using it with the Quest 3, the difference in comfort, balance, and overall experience is night and day. This isn’t just a minor improvement, it fundamentally changes how long and how comfortably you can stay in VR. Comfort is the biggest upgrade here. The weight distribution is vastly better compared to the standard strap. Instead of all the pressure sitting on the front of your face, the battery pack at the back acts as a counterbalance, making the headset feel lighter and more natural to wear. Long sessions are far more comfortable, with less pressure on the forehead and cheeks. The padding feels premium, and the materials don’t feel cheap or flimsy. Everything feels solid and well engineered. The adjustable fit is excellent. It’s easy to dial in a snug, secure fit without over-tightening, and once it’s adjusted, it stays put. Whether you’re standing, moving around, or playing more active games, the headset feels stable and secure without shifting. This makes a huge difference for immersion, especially during longer or more intense VR sessions. Battery life is another major win. Getting up to two extra hours of playtime is incredibly useful, especially if you’re deep into a game or using VR for productivity or media. The seamless integration is well done, with the headset intelligently managing power so you’re not constantly thinking about charging. It feels like a natural extension of the Quest rather than an add-on. Build quality is exactly what you’d expect from an official Meta accessory. Everything fits perfectly, installs easily, and feels durable enough for regular use. There’s no awkward bulk or odd weight, and it maintains a clean, polished look that matches the headset well. Overall, this strap is absolutely worth it. It significantly improves comfort, extends usable playtime, and makes the Quest 3 feel more complete and premium. If you use your Quest regularly or for long sessions, this isn’t just a nice accessory, it’s an essential one. Easy five stars and highly recommended.

Best upgrade to the meta question 3
Style: Elite Strap with Battery
The Meta Quest 3 Elite Strap with Battery is a game-changer for anyone who uses their VR headset for extended periods. As someone who enjoys long gaming sessions, this accessory has made a noticeable difference in comfort and battery life. The build quality is top-notch—sturdy yet lightweight, and the materials feel premium. It's a significant improvement over the stock strap, which can feel flimsy and uncomfortable during extended use. The most notable feature is the built-in battery, which effectively doubles your playtime. With the battery integrated seamlessly into the strap, there's no bulky external pack or wires to manage. Charging is straightforward, and the extra power means I can enjoy hours of immersive VR without constantly worrying about the headset running out of juice. Comfort-wise, the Elite Strap distributes the weight of the Quest 3 much better across the head, reducing pressure on the face. The dial at the back allows for easy adjustments, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit every time, regardless of head size or shape. This makes it perfect for both intense gaming sessions and casual use, as it stays securely in place even during fast-paced movements. Overall, the Meta Quest 3 Elite Strap with Battery is a must-have upgrade if you’re looking for better comfort and extended playtime. It's well worth the investment for anyone serious about their VR experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent! Worth the Investment to Me! More Comfortable, and More Playtime!
Style: Elite Strap with Battery
More comfortable than the stock Y-strap and adds a good 2 hours of gameplay to my MQ3. It does take a while to charge, as it's charging both the strap battery AND the internal MQ3 battery, but once charged, I get 3-4 hours with the MQ3 without issue. You will need to charge it up before your first use, and you'll know it is fully charged when you hit the button on the strap battery and it illuminates green (by then your MQ3 battery LED should already be green). In the software, when you hover over the battery percentage remaining, it tells you how much is left in both the strap battery and the internal battery, so you'll always know. It also seems to drain the strap battery first, then it will draw from the internal battery, which is nice. Recommended purchase!

Balances Elite Quest 3, and provides a couple extra hours
Style: Elite Strap with Battery
It's comfortable, way more comfortable than stock straps (disappointed in the stock strap/head band). It balances out the weight of the Quest 3 on your head so it doesn't feel like you're face is being "pulled down" due to the weight, and also eliminates the fatigue associated with unbalanced headset. Also, there's a lot to explore, and the Quest 3 default battery life is not very long, especially if you're doing something intense in VR. Usually, by the time the batteries are around 35% drained combined, I've had enough VR for the day or time being so it works out very well. Comfort, extra battery life, balances the VR headset. Very happy with purchase.

Need more power?
Style: Elite Strap with Battery
This is nice. Way nicer than the one that came with the quest 3, but I'll add on to othe comments, this strap should've been included. The battery does add a little weight, but your not going to notice because of how the weight is evened out. I haven't tried laying down with it, so I cant comment on that. The dial does make it easy to get the tightness you're looking for, and the strap that goes over your head takes some fidgeting, but in the end its worth it.

Superior Comfort, Seamless Compatibility
Style: Elite Strap with Battery
After trying out a few third party accessories which always turned out to be junk, I caved and bought the official Meta Elite Battery Strap. And boy am I glad I did! It has a very premium look and feel and is very sturdy, unlike the flimsy third party straps which felt like they were going to fall apart. This thing extends your battery life by ~2 hours, basically doubling your battery life, it is much more comfortable than the stock strap, and what I really like about it is that the battery from the strap is used first, before the headset. You can also see the battery level of the headset and extended battery separately inside the headset. You can charge this battery strap and the headset at the same time and using only one cable, and it’s also worth mentioning that the Meta official charging dock actually charges the strap AND the headset at the same time! I will be going with Meta official accessories from now on as that seems to be the way to go! Sure it’s a bit on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for with these Meta official accessories!

Only way to play
Style: Elite Strap with Battery
It’s a 5 star product that I want to give a 1 star review on simply because it should just come with the headset. Seriously! Without this battery strap the Meta Quest battery life is a joke. Without this battery strap the entire headset is off balance and completely uncomfortable to wear for even the short battery life without it! This battery strap at least triples play time, balances the headset, and is simply more comfortable than the original or “comfort” strap. It really is a great strap, and a must have. But, Meta… you suck for not including it. Cheap skates

Is ok,nothing extraordinary.
Style: Elite Strap with Battery
As advertise it extends the battery life on meta quest 3 or 3s ,however I find it frustrating that even when you turn off the VR not on sleep mode or something,I mean fully off,the battery still drains for some reason, you’ll find yourself charging the device every day to kelp it full even if you don’t use it an it was left fully charged, that applies for both this strap with extra battery and the meta VR,in reality the score should be 3 stars not 4 but I gave it an extra star for comfort which is better than the original strap that comes with the VR,do I recommend it? Yes ,it is the best value he money? Probably no if you pay full price and not sale price, one thing is certain,if you own a Meta VR you’ll need an extra battery pack because the one built in the device doesn’t last long,so go buy it from the same brand or any other third party because you’ll need some extra juice to run the VR for 3 + hours without battery panic.
