It’s a good quality VR head set for a reasonable price. I have been using it for almost a week now and found no issues. It took sometime to adjust the lens and get the correct position. Once you know how to fix the lens it’s a breeze. Picture quality is very good. Holds mobile firmly but had to remove case as I had a thick case for my iPhone XR. Band holds the VR in place and doesn’t hurt due to tightnest even when using for long. Playing games is all together a new experience and fun to play in VR ( had downloaded space shooting game and works very well). Overall great product with good quality and seller sent an ebook with the instruction which was helpful. They have gold warranty with free replacement, not sure how it works. Also some amount is contributed to charity which is a good cause and feels good when I saw that indirectly I made some contribution to charity.

First of all, if you are expecting the quality of one of the 500+ dollar VR headsets, you are sorely mistaken. This is a toy. For those who just want to experience a little VR without having to shell out a week's pay or more, this is a good choice. The build quality is much like a 3d print. It is ABS plastic and is lightweight. It has a drawer that you put your smartphone in to view the 3d content. The software that they have a link for is nonexistent, so use google cardboard's vr software. The downside to this is that the google cardboard vr has a function button on the top, this VR headset does not, so in order to push a button, you need to pull the phone out of the drawer. I do like the fact that you can change the position of the lenses to suit your need. The picture quality depends on the settings on your cellphone. Overall, this is a good toy. do not expect functional gaming, or the full VR experience. The value of this product at a little over 35 dollars is median. It isnt a supreme value, but it is also not going to break the bank.

The instructions require you to install Google Cardboard and set the Bnext as your headset type--that part works out just fine. And that's where it stops working. There is no way to interact with anything. The instructions say that you simply stare at something to activate it, and that is not the case. You can stare at a button as long as you want, and nothing happens. It was impossible to even complete the Google Cardboard tutorial! On top of that, the nose indentation is way too shallow. The hard plastic corner was digging into the bridge of my nose, and it physically hurt to have it on. Raising it off my nose or sticking a wad of cotton there didn't help because then the lenses were pushed up too high to see. I figured if I could find even one VR app that I enjoyed using I could justify keeping it, but after 2 weeks of off and on poking around the Play store I gave up. I was hoping this would be like the old Samsung Gear VR headset, but it performed even worse than the goggles that are literally cut out of cardboard. At least those had a trigger button and don't hurt to use. In all the years I've had Prime, this is the first time I've ever returned an item, and the first time I've ever rated anything one star. Let the magnitude of that sink in.

This is a very good VR product for the price. Granted, this will not give you the same high tech quality as those more popular VR products, and also it's not as sturdily made, considering those can go over hundreds or thousands of dollars, but if you want something that's affordable and does a passable job, this may be the product for you. Pros: Reasonable Price, straps can be adjusted for a comfortable wear, goggles are adjustable (I wear glasses and while they were a slight annoyance at first, I just slid the goggles forward and they were no longer bothersome) Cons: I don't know if every person who purchased this product had this problem, but you have to take the case of your iphone every time to make it fit inside the cradle, which can be an annoyance, luckily I have an LG K31 and it fits just fine even with the case on. It also does not come with a remote control, you will have to buy one separately, and finally, those tiny foam pads that you can stick to your iphone to prevent any accidental button pressing were more of an annoyance to me than anything, and I had a feeling they wouldn't last long anyway, so I threw them away, I just have to be careful when putting my phone in. Anyway, thank you very much for this product.
