The media could not be loaded. These goggles fit my Note 9 perfectly without its case. It comes with a small kit that includes little foam pads to level the phone in place. I skipped that part as the graphics looked amazing already. There's a little window in the back to unlock your phone I'm guessing, but otherwise you have to slide your phone out to turn up the volume or tap the screen if the app you're using doesn't include built-in controls. Please keep in mind, the clamp mechanism for locking your phone in place is not secure and the weight of your phone alone will make it slide right out. It's also the only part that feels a little flimsy. The goggles include pupilary distance adjustments, too which is nice for my kiddos to use since unfortunately I get serious motion sickness from using VR goggles... boo. Disclaimer: I realize that due to differences in the shape of peoples faces and noses as well as pupil spacing, it is difficult to achieve an affordable one-size-fits all product like this. I feel like more padding (thick and soft foam like ski goggles) would help it conform better to more faces as well as improving the comfort for everyone. I also need a set that allows for a wider pupil distance. If it weren't for those personal issues, these would be fine. I admit these might work well for others, so to be fair I am changing my feedback from 2 to 4 stars. Seller did refund for my return and even sent a replacement pair free of charge, but they were only slightly better on the adjustment tension, not being too loose side to side. Everything else was the same. Original review: The padding around the face is not curved enough to properly cup your face which leaves an opening on each side for light to come in. This also makes the weight of the thing rest more on you nose than it should and they do not have any padding for your nose so it will leave dents in your skin after only a few minutes of use. They do include a few small peel and stick pads which I assume are for your nose but I have yet to find a position for them that actually helps. It honestly hurts after a while. As far as image goes, I was able to get VR working. It's impossible to control the phone without a separate controller, so you have to start the video or VR session and then try to quickly insert the phone and put the headset on before you miss much. (many VR apps wait for you to gaze at a spot to start) The lenses can be adjusted side to side and forward and back and the only position that seems somewhat OK is all the way outward and with the lenses pulled back so far they are almost touching my eyes. They are also really loose side to side and very stiff and hard to adjust forward and back. Even with it in as good of a position as I could get it, it didn't feel like it was quite in focus. Also if I moved my head too much the lenses would move side to side. Overall it does work, but barely and due to the bad shape of the face pad and lack of good padding for your nose along with less than ideal focus, it is just too uncomfortable to use. I will be returning mine for a refund and looking elsewhere. ... show more

I love how easy the phone compartment is to use. The accessibility in sliding it out is great compared to the folding panel that I’ve dealt with in the past. Plus, the adjustable clip for holding my phone is a lot better than some of the suction cup holds I’ve used before. The picture quality is great and is easily adjustable. The foam pads are great to customize for whatever phone you’re mainly using. My only complaint is the room for my nose. I have a Roman nose, so my bridge hits the plastic and sometimes leaves a bit of soreness and redness. Then again, that’s probably not the case for someone with a smaller bridge, but it hasn’t ruined my purchase by a long shot.
