Looks nice once put together. Here's the but, not an easy assembly. Instruction are ok, but could be a lot better. Pieces are numbered but not always legible. The pre drilled holes were incorrect on the bed portion. Had to move the bearings that the bed moves on up 6 1/2 inches now close but... The "shocks" that it came with are not correct I just threw them away. Added a latch to hold bed in upright position. I was able to do it myself however a knowledgeable friend would have been nice. It is not a project for the faint of heart. It fit the bill for what I needed but don't think I'd purchase again. ... show more

Took 6 hrs to assemble and when finished put in a twin size mattress to test and all you heard were noises and it cracked along the bottom panels. Not even 250 lbs on it with mattress. Contacted seller to get refund. Material is thin and flimsy. Had high hopes for it from the pics.

Customer service is 5 ***** I had a problem conecting with them, but was able to through Amazon. They stood behind there product and resolved my issue. I am giving the product a three star because some of the pieces need replacement.

Included insturctions have 2 legit errors in them causing a lot of wasted time. Also the brackets to secure it to the wall are dangerously cheap. Once assembled it is decent enough quality.
