I've been sleeping on this mattress for 2 weeks. Pros: I'm pleasantly surprised. It arrived on time and we'll packaged. It's firm, but not too firm and not soft. I find the edges of bed to be strong and sturdy. It's good for my back. It fits my bed frame as expected and it's pretty motionless. I've slept perfectly during my transition to this mattress. My Chihuahua has no complaints either. 1 Con: Measuring the height is a bit odd. I let mattress inflate for 4 days while out of town. Guess it's 12in but seems 11ish. Also there are spring coils on the top layer of mattress that can be felt on the sides if touched, which is surprising given this is a hybrid mattress. I'd expected more foam layers for the top of a hybrid mattress. The good news is that I don't FEEL the top springs when on the mattress. They're just felt when you touch the sides. See pics Overall, a great comfortable mattress at a great price, that so far appears to be of great quality. I'm really happy with my purchase and recommend this product. ... show more

I've now had this bed for over a year and it is still more comfortable than any other bed i grew up with. My friends always compliment how comfortable my bed is when they come over. Only thing is the middle has started to be slightly less firm than the rest because i lay in it A LOT due to being disabled so im spending most of my time in it which is understandable. I think any other bed would do the same. Also im 200lbs+ so im not the lightest person. In terms of when i first got it out of the package i had zero problems. it puffed right up and was the advertised size already. I still waited patiently per instructions before getting on it and it had puffed up even more. tldr; Love this bed. The price was more than worth it. ... show more

I have not slept on many 'Pop Up' mattresses but this king sized 'firm' unit was surprisingly. Albeit, it replaced a 25 year old extra firm Stearns and Foster spring mattress that was clearly beyond it's useful life. I've only slept on it for two nights and have found it very comfortable. My only complaint is that the firmness could be a bit more firm and the edge of the mattress is not as firm as I'd like it be...but who sits at the edge of a bed for very long? I'd say the mattress is in a medium-firm category. I do recommend this mattress. Be careful when opening it! Its like a jack-in-the-box and could injure you or knock over your night stand lamps or hit you in the face. Luckily I escaped this predicament. ... show more

This bed was super easy to set up. All I had to do was lay the box where I wanted the bed, cut the box off and there is a plastic wrap you have to peel off and then just lay it how you want it and cut a small hole in the vacuum pack bag holding the mattress and then watch the magic happen. It took just seconds for it to expand and pulled off all the plastic. The mattress didn’t have a smell at all. It feels soft and comfortable but firm. You can sit on the edge and it stays up. So far very happy with the fast shipping, ease of mattress shopping and a great quality mattress! I’ve never bought a bed in a box or online but after this experience, I don’t know what I was worried about. If you need a good mattress at a reasonable price, don’t hesitate on buying this one! ... show more

If you want a reasonably priced box mattress because of back issues, this one works well for me! I did follow the manufacturer's instructions and allowed it to settle for a full 72 hours before use. It was easy to open and had zero wierd smell or indication of chemicals. I use an adjustable bed which the mattress so far works well with. I would recommend this mattress! ... show more

I bought 3 of these for my kids and they all love them. They have no complete and the firmness is just right. It's not plush or firm it's right in the middle. They aren't crazy heavy and all you have to do is cut down the bag and let it inflate and boom bed.

Sadly, medium firm is not a good description. I'm afraid whomever slept on this bed and gave it that rating must enjoy tent camping with no air matress. Even my dog side eyed me when I had her join me for the hour I tried to endure on this twin size back breaker. The best part...the return. please place bed back in original box. I'm not even joking. it comes vacuum sealed in a 2 foot by 5 foot box. it's maybe 5inches deep all rolled up. hahahaha imagine it now. 12" twin size..... in a 2x5 box. my plan. just staple box to mattress. UPS did not like this plan. I already exchanged for a canopy as I plan to never by a matress online again, so now I'm stuck with a matress I can't use (now sleeping on my couch as I sold my other bed, yes it's softer than this matress) and a canopy that I have to pay for as I can't figure out how to return the matress. LESSON HERE MY FRIENDS!!!! ....DO NOT BUY A MATRESS ONLINE. no matter the price. it's not worth the nightmare and you will never be able to return it, no matter what they advertise the return policy to be.
