Bike showed up with two MFG defects. 1. Front tube had large hole in it that couldn't be known till I filled tire with air for first ride. 2. Rear shock missing bushing that couldn't be known till ridden. Only option offered was return item, and which requires disassembling, packing and $300+ in shipping. At this point I don't even know if the seller is still in business and worry I'll be out even more money/time and no bike! Seller does respond! Other than that it appears to have good quality and has speed as advertised.

I paid a local bike shop to assemble it. He charged me $199 money Well spent. He said it was a good bike for the money. The 7 speed shimano shifter is nice The locking battery and ignition switch are great features along with brake lights and headlights the spring suspension can be locked or unlocked so if you’re on a smooth surface, you can just lock it whereas if you go off-road, you might wanna unlock it

I recently bought this and it has been a great experience from the start. The fact that it arrived almost completely preassembled made setup quick and easy, and I was able to start riding without hassle. The folding design is very practical for storage and transporting in my car, and the bike still feels sturdy and well built when unfolded. The fat tires provide excellent stability and a smooth ride, even on rough or uneven surfaces. The electric assist is responsive and makes hills much easier without taking away from the overall riding experience. I also really appreciate the removable battery, which makes charging simple and convenient. The cargo rack has been useful for carrying groceries and small items, adding to the bike’s everyday functionality.

I was a jet engine mechanic in the Marines and I had a hard time putting this thing together. The pedal holes were completely over-painted and wouldn't accept the threads. Missing a bolt to secure the light. Lucky I had a spare that worked. The pocket-pack and covered cell phone pack doesn't work as the velcro is messed up. Mounting the front tire and keeping the brakes from rubbing during rotation was my best trick. If you like cussing and swearing a lot while building, this is the E-Bike for you! Oh, 18.5 MPH top speed and NOT THE ADVERTISED 23mph. I thought that since it folds, that it would be an easy haul into the house for storage... I'm going to get real strong, this thing is a tank!

All in all, there's a lot of quality here for a midrange price. I will say, I managed to find my bike on sale for about $540 shipped. The 18-19mph top speed is more than enough for short trips around town. The battery life (40AH) is such that I can ride to the next city over and back on less than a full charge, and in Arizona, that's nothing but miles of desert! The simple black paint is subdued and nonchalant, which I like. The welds on the frame are of good quality, and the folding frame was thoughtfully designed for ease and portability both. You can put the bike together in about 10min with a set of Allen wrenches and an adjustable wrench, and the tool kit included could only be improved by an included adjustable wrench. I have one GLARING complaint. The tires are absolute trash. I've gotten 3 flat innertubes within a month. I finally got wise and ordered a set of heavy duty tires, which are what this bike was missing. The only positive is that I've learned to replace tires and tubes as a result. For the MSRP, the tires included with this bike are VERY low quality. The tread pattern is 25% as dense as it should be and because of it, any sharp rock, bur, thorn, goat head, or generally-sharp object will puncture them. They're as flexible as a latex Halloween mask, and that's not an exaggeration! This is still a huge complaint for me, because buying an e-bike shouldn't mean having to buy new tires right away because the ones the manufacturer included and basically worthless. Saving money in the manufacturing process by cutting costs in the wheels of a bicycle is so absolutely backwards it's ridiculous.
