Due to all the raving reviews and my family’s obsession with tacos, I bought the game to play with my extended family for Christmas. For the first round, my competitive family felt the rules were not well-written and left too many things up to interpretation. These “loopholes” in the rules regarding action cards, for example, made for a pretty argumentative couple of rounds until we fully understood the game and created some of our own house rules. After that, the game was a bit more enjoyable but, unfortunately, I don’t see it being one we pick to pull out when we see each other during get-togethers. Also.. the game has absolutely nothing to do with Tacos “VERSING” Burritos as the title and game cover would lead you to believe… no symbolism, significance, secret point values…they’re simply just card holders and you just pick which one tickles your fancy which felt a little lame. ... show more
