The media could not be loaded. Unpacked and unrolled easily, took upstairs in the box and opened in the bedroom to make carrying it up there easier. So far it has been very comfortable to sleep on. Nice balance of support, and plush comfort. Good value and quick shipping too.

The mattress is too soft. When I lie down, it dents. I feel uncomfortable sleeping and my whole body aches. The buyer won't return the product or refund the money. The shopping experience here is terrible.

The media could not be loaded. I laid on this, and it’s super comfortable. Supportive enough for an adult, so this will be perfect for my child. He’ll be able to use this for many years to come. Nicely packaged in a tight sealed vacuum bag and small box. Mattress was secured and delivered in perfect condition. Comes with envelope opener knife, so I was able to safely cut open the vacuum seal bag and let the mattress fluff up to its full size.
