I was hesitant to order this bed frame but I’m so glad I did! I love the backrest that pops up so I can read/watch TV and the lights on top and around the perimeter are just fun. The outlet and usb port is handy! There are a lot of supports on the bottom frame that are adjustable for uneven floors 🤪 Overall I’m pleased. Just an FYI: It is definitely a 2 person job to build. My dad helped me. Read the directions closely but overall, and considering all the furniture I’ve had to put together, these directions were relatively straightforward and easy to follow. Helpful hint: The screws come in one giant packet so once it’s open, it’s hard to keep track of the different pieces. I put them each in a leftover styrofoam cup and labeled them exactly as written on the package. That was helpful to stay organized. See pic.

It's a great bed. It arrived on time and while the instructions were a little difficult, everything was included and my 2 teenage sons put it together by themselves. Looks very nice just like the picture. Seems sturdy and my son loves it. Its a little close to the floor for me personally but he is young and likes it on the low side. All in all I couldn't be happier.

Looks nice but incredibly difficult to put together. Took hours. Parts were mislabeled which caused us to have to deconstruct and reconstruct during the process and pieces that could have come in the box put together were not. A huge amount of tiny pieces had to be put together.

You need to be a mind reader to get it put together correctly, there were zero directions on how to wire the lights. they just have connectors, but no explanation when they don't work. Granted the instructions are drawings with Swedish or German provided you can read Swedish or German. There is zero ease of assembly, far from it! Finally able to speak with Amazon Customer Service (ACS), they were as useful as a Baby Ruth in a punch bowl. If the manufacture would respond to a complaint, life would be good. ACS made the following offer, 1.) have me tear down the already three-day construction of the bed and have them pick it up, 2.) offered me 30% of my purchase price, a lot of good that does me and the bed still doesn't work, LED lights can't be connected or 3.) they will replace the bed and I get the pleasure of having to spend ANOTHER three days in building it and the instructions still won't fix the problem. Basically ACS is worthless!

The bed looks great, time will only tell if it is durable or not. The instructions were ok, I definitely needed to use the video in the listing for the bed. I was able to put this together by myself, and I am a 59 year old out of shape woman. But, it did take some creative thinking on how to hold one end and attach the other end of some pieces, so it would really really been a whole lot easier with two pairs of hands. My main reason for the three stars is the remote and app for the lights. I like having lights for if I need to get up in the middle of the night. This remote though is very flimsy and I think it will break very easily, but that shouldn't really be a problem, becaue it says all over the listing and the instructions that the lights also work with an app. No where does it tell you WHAT APP to use. Where do you find this mystery app and what is it called? Help me with this issue and I will be happy to raise my rating.
