Came as described - was a pain to put together but got it done in 2~ hours with 2 people. Smells a little funky, hoping it dissipates over time. Drawers arent attached so theyre a little flimsy but fine.

Scam. Garbage piece of furniture, towels glued and stapled to plywood, it looks terrible, it smells worse. Manufacturing not complete, cannot assemble. Seller reviewed photos, apologized saying the product is still in development so it might not be correct and offered to pay me partial refund in exchange for making necessary modifications. Since the bed cannot be used and I didn’t want a job as a qc analyst/furniture engineer/prototype repairman, a refund is the only appropriate course of action. The seller has revised their position, saying they cannot see the problems in pictures and cannot justify a refund, unless I pay to ship it back for them to assess. So after the purchase price, shipping cost, and all the trouble attempting to assemble (and disassemble/repack), it’s headed to the dump. ... show more

    • Poor QA and Ad Picture Deceiving

It works but pictures are purposely deceiving and QA was horrible. Couch back part is much smaller/lower than you'd think. Compare the pretty sales picture to the construction picture and you should be able to see two things -- couch back isn't very tall + mattress used in sales picture seems pretty short. Mine was completely missing one of the main 4 threaded inserts for the feet so I bought and installed a brass threaded insert rather than send the whole thing back. A fair portion of the rest of the threaded inserts were blocked by staples or hard plastic backing behind the upholstery overhanging so needed a lot of clean-up work (cutting and/or pulling stuff out with needle nose) to even be able to assemble it. In the end, it was cheap (on sale) and works so I guess that's a positive. ... show more
