I would like to first speak to the customer service, there was an issue with my package which was no fault to the company. My package arrived early, but the box was damaged by the courier while in transit. When I received my package, I noticed that the screws were not in the box, apparently the screws had falling out due to the neglect of the courier. I contacted the company, and explained the problem. They wasted no time getting me the the Hardware (screws) that I needed. They continued to follow-up with me to ensure me that the package was on the way. After I received the package with the hardware (screws), they reached out the me to confirm that I had received them, that it resolved the problem, and to see if I needed anything else. I really appreciate how the took lead on this issue, and resolved it, only days before Christmas. Now to review the bed itself, I got this bed on a Black Friday deal, I loved the way it looked in the picture, and I liked the added features such as the lights and the power outlet. I will admit, that I was concerned that the price was very low, and that might take away from the overall quality. Once again I was very pleasantly surprised, the frame is all metal, easy to assemble, everything worked perfectly, and it looked even better in person!! I look forward to doing business with this company again, and I would encourage anyone that is on the fence about buying this bed to do so, it's a great buy.

So to start, putting this bed frame together is a project for sure. The instructions were okay, moderately easy to understand. The main problem was the diagrams were a little weird and there was a step missing. Once we got going, it was fine, it was just getting started and then figuring out what to do with the missing step. It took about 3 hours for 2 of us to build together. Once it was put together, it looks great. The parts all felt good quality, especially compared to other pieces of furniture we've assembled. The LEDs look good and the frame and drawers went together perfectly. I agree with other reviews about wishing the drawers were on tracks, but they're not bad. I saw other reviews saying that the frame was not measured correctly and there was a gap where the mattress doesn't go all the way to the frame, but we did not have that problem. If I had to guess, I would say they put the mattress on the wrong direction because that's what we did at first and there was a gap, but we just had to turn it. The provided outlet works fine. When connecting my phone to the USB C port, I get a notification telling me to check my charger connection, but I assume that's because my phone uses a fast charging adapter. There's no squeaking or creaking sounds from the bed. My partner and I both sleep on it and we are both 200+ pounds. He's even stood on it multiple times with no problems. We did lay a yoga mat between the wood and the mattress to make sure it didn't move around, but that's personal preference. The provided remote also triggers other LED lights in our house and the only way to stop that is to unplug the other lights, which is pretty annoying, but not that big of a deal. I am concerned that at some point, the leather will start peeling, but I will update this review if that ever happens. For now I'm pretty satisfied with this bed frame and would definitely buy it again.

Bought this for my 13 yr old grandson for Christmas. He LOVES it! I don't think I've ever gotten a bigger hug from his EVER! Had a little difficulty receiving it directly from the manufacturer. Amazon researched and escalated the order. Showed up just in time for our family Christmas. Not the easiest to put together, and you're kind of on your own. MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AND TAKE A DETAILED INVENTORY AHEAD OF TIME!!!! I made individual bags of each screw, the name and how many in the bag. If you don't...GOOD LUCK! Best to have two people and work well together! But, so worth the effort!!! The lights, plugins, and music is sooo cool. He even downloaded the app to his phone so that can change the colors, etc. right from his phone. The bed is a winner with my grandson, and he is worth the effort!

This bedframe is amazing, Esp for the price! The directions to put it together are very easy to follow and so helpful! I honestly have never seen better directions before for anything in my life! It has plenty of storage space. There is 4 drawers underneath theres a pocket you can put the remote or your phone. I absolutely love the outlet on the top. It has two regular outlets and then a usb port and a c port. There is so many different setting for the lights you can even adjust the shade of colors! My kids like it so much they want me to order them one for their bed! It seams to be very sturdy and is holding up very well! & The height of the bedframe is perfect. Its not to low to the ground and not to high that you would have to practically jump to get onto it! I really do love this bedframe, wish I would have ordered it sooner! It has saved us a lot of space was able to get rid of one of our dressers that was starting to fall apart. I would definitely recommend this bed frame to anyone. I would also recommend this company they seem to know what they are doing! I seriously could not get over how amazing the directions were lol. Everything is labeled for you and they give you hints on parts that may be a little difficult if they did not tell you.
