    • Not the color as advertised/not a helpful company
It was not the color as advertised. The color was WAY off! In order to ship it back the customer has to pay for it. It's over 100# and it's too difficult to lift without help, which I don't have and it's outrageous to ship back at that weight. Definitely would not recommend. Ripoff! At least they could come get it and ship for free. Restocking charge I understand, but not this despicable way of doing business for your customers.     • NO written instructions, just pictures??? Whats that? Very frustrating
Took a long time to get together, and when done 2 pieces of the "drawers" were put in with the knobs on the wrong end . This knob is what the little hook on the "drawer " sits on. SOOOOOOO.what to do, take it all apart ??? Sad. looks real nice with the headboard, but overall not happy

This bed looks good. It works well however I did have some issues with the instructions as they were not clear in some areas. I build models so I’m pretty familiar with instructions and directions, but after I finished building the bed, I realized that I had put two pieces in backwards Really didn’t want to tear the whole bed down just to fix it so I just drilled a couple holes for the shelves the one issue that we had with it is that the corners of the bed down low where the baseboard goes across is sharp and if you brush against it, it can cut your leg. We have learned not to get too close to it but other than that it’s very sturdy works well and meets or needs. The drawers are large enough for what we need to put in them. ... show more

The color is beautiful, just what I wanted, but I can't finish the assembly because there are missing parts in the kit. Until I can get some replacement parts I really can't leave a review beyond that there are missing parts and the instructions are all pictures but half of them don't match what the parts actually look like (holes in the parts are drilled differently from holes in the pictures, etc.). I really wanted to get this bed set up this weekend, but it looks like I'm sleeping on the floor until I get the parts or undo the assembly enough to get my mattress back onto the floor. ... show more

Very disappointed but should have expected it to be cheap and flimsy for the price. Moved it to spare bedroom. I will know better next time. Gave it one star because you cannot do zero.
