I purchased this mattress due to having lower back and neck surgery following a car accident. From the first night, I felt relief and over the top comfort. I am a restless sleeper due to pain and normally wake up throughout the night. I had my first nights rest in over a year and am so grateful. My doctor recommended a highbrid mattress and I did my homework. I will never go back to anything else. I highly recommend this product.

I ordered this due to the reviews. I was not disappointed. Fabulous value. The mattress is thick and super soft. It’s a hybrid, so when you open it, please be careful. That sucker pops open and could possibly injure you! My daughter is very happy with this mattress.

The corners of this full size mattress droop, even after several days waiting. There was a very noticeable off gassing smell. Sleeping on side, I can feel springs. Poor edge support while sitting on the mattress. Maybe OK for a small child. Not good for adults, definitely not good for 2 adults. Would return it if it would go back into the box. Very disappointed.

Mattress looks fine and should do the job. Not dinging any stars for the issue I have because it's user error, but wanted others to be aware of it so you know not to make my mistake. The included slip of paper just says cut the bag "along this line" depicting a line parallel to the long edge of a flat rectangle and is vacuum sealed diagonally in the roll. Used the included "letter opener" style tool to cut the outer bag and it slipped and cut the outer bag, inner bag, AND the mattress cover itself. The mattress cover is knit, so the stitches are starting to run (like nylons for anyone who remembers wearing those) it also doesn't appear to be removable so I'm just stitching this shut and hoping it will be ok if I put a second cover over it because it's my fault it's torn. 🤷🏼♀️ I don't know how I should have done this different and you can't easily contact the seller, so my loss. I'll update if I learn anything about fixing it.
