This mattress arrived in a compact size, but it’s still quite heavy, so I recommend having two people carry it. The packaging was very thorough, multiple layers of plastic kept the mattress well-protected, and the included tool made it easy to open without causing damage. After unwrapping it and letting it expand for a while, it turned into a perfect mattress. The feel is great: it’s bouncy, the top memory-foam layer is soft, and the spring base provides strong support. After just one night, it greatly relieved the back pain I had been dealing with for months. The motion isolation is also excellent! I’m a very light sleeper, and I barely notice my partner moving. This is a very comfortable mattress. It perfectly replaced my old queen size matress and fits well on my queen size framework. It came in a box, rather heavy, and compressed. Quite easy to move around. It comes with a paper blade to help you open the package, which I find thoughtful. It expands very fast, once I opened the package, it inflates fast too. I was bit concerned with the scent of a new bed, but luckily, as some reviews said, this doesn't come with any unpleasant smell. I was able to sleep on it the day I received it. It is a high quality item, strong back support and still soft on the top (it comes with a quilt on the top to add softness i think). Doesn't have noise when I move around on it. Very thick (12 inch) so could potentially be used without a bed frame. I like it and the price is a bargain with the quality.

I’ve been using this WFGEY 12-inch queen-size mattress for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made for my bedroom. It arrived tightly rolled and well-packaged, and it expanded quickly within just a few hours. There was almost no odor, which was a pleasant surprise. The mattress feels medium-firm — soft enough on top for comfort, yet firm enough to give great support for my back. I sleep mostly on my side and sometimes on my back, and it feels perfect either way. The memory foam contours nicely to my body, and I wake up without any back pain or stiffness. The cover fabric feels smooth and breathable, and I like the “Make Sleep Better” design label on the side — it actually does make my sleep better! I’m really impressed with this mattress so far. This is the first time that I try a hybrid mattress. It’s super comfortable and has that perfect mix of soft cushioning and support. The memory foam and springs work together really well—I can feel it contour to my shoulders and hips without sinking too much. There is no sinking where I have been sleeping either, which is a great improvement over memory foam. I feel like the 12 inches is just the right thickness as well. I’ve been waking up without any back stiffness, which is a huge win. The motion isolation is great too. My partner moves around a lot at night, and I barely feel it anymore. It also stays nice and cool, which I really appreciate as a hot sleeper. Setup was super easy—just unbox, unroll, and let it expand. I let it expand for 3 days. It's not too heavy and not too light either. It fit right onto my bed frame with no issues. The edge support is better than I expected, so I don’t feel like I’m sliding off when I sit on the side.
