This product is fantastic! We bought it to block sunlight and heat from our back door window. It performs exactly as intended, reducing incoming light and lowering the room temperature. Unlike my previous experience with window cling film, this was easier to install. You just need to have a grasp of the process. During the day, the exterior of the window is reflective and mirror-like, as expected. However, the interior is tinted, allowing for outside visibility. At night, visibility becomes challenging due to the tint, and there's a possibility of people seeing in if there's a light on. Just be mindful that using curtains or shades at night might be necessary to prevent outsiders from seeing in. Overall, it's an incredible product! ... show more

The price was right for this product, and while installation is challenging- it is the nature of any product like this. I cut close to size and then took the film off the backing and put it on the window and used the blade they provided to cut it to the window. I used a towel and a plastic scraper to squeegee water out without scratching the film. Takes some time, but worked well. ... show more

First use of a window privacy film. Definitely provides the privacy expected. Was a little difficult to install by myself, once on the glass and smoothed out found edges a bit difficult to trim. Overall between the price and results would recommend.

Purchased this tint to put on a small bathroom window as an addition to blinds for complete privacy since I stay on a corner with lots of traffic. Well.....let's just say I'll be better off buying curtains. I spent an hour and a half doing the install only to find out once night came that you can see straight through it. The daytime you can only see out but once night falls, don't get caught with the blinds open. The description online mentioned nothing about only daytime privacy but they have it printed on the product box which is beyond crazy because I would think a person would want privacy all times of the day and night. The description is miss leading and if you don't read the box before doing the labor, you'll find out the hard way. In one pic from the inside I can see the street light and in the other pic I can see straight to my neighbor's house. Used or not I'm sending it back because it serves me no purpose. ... show more
