Impressive hybrid mattress in a box! We were looking for a mattress for our guest bedroom and are very happy with this one. It's well constructed and very comfortable. The craftsmanship looks very good with nicely finished stitching. The mattress has 2 fabric handles on either side which makes turning and flipping the mattress relatively easy. My only criticism is with the instructions. First, there should be box opening instructions on the OUTSIDE of the box. We weren't sure if we should open the ends or pull out the staples and open it along it's length. We ended up opening an end, and it took the two of us quite a tug of war to get it out of the box. Obviously you wouldn't want to use a box cutter. The instructions are on a sheet inside of the box, so they were helpful for the last 5 steps. As another reviewer mentioned , when you unroll it it will be upside down. Flip it now or flip it later, which ever works best for you. We just unrolled it on the bed frame it was going to live on because we didn't have open floor space to do otherwise. It worked out fine because of the convenient handles that we used to flip it over after it expanded. I wish that I had taken a video of it expanding, it happens fast! It expanded to it's full size in seconds once the hole in the vacuum bag was made. We did give it a couple of days to relax after it's time under compression. We are very happy with it's comfort level. Personally, I would rate this mattress as a "Medium" in the firmness department. One thing to note is that it's described as a 14" (thickness) mattress. We measured it at 13" even after letting it rest for a few days. It's not a big deal, but something to note. We were concerned that there would be a strong smell from the foam off gassing. We had experienced this with a memory foam mattress topper in the past, but it turned out that this mattress DID NOT have this problem. Pretty impressive for something that just shows up on the front porch! No mattress salesmen or delivery headaches! Perfect!

I got this bed because we were down sizing and getting a smaller place and we had a king size sleep number bed. I was very nervous that going from a king to a queen was going to be hard and that the bed quality would decline from the sleep number bed to this bed. I was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this mattress is. It's soft pillow top compliments the firmness under it. It's plenty big for me and my husband. I never feel him get out of the bed. We've been using it for about 3 weeks now and I don't wake up with back pain or neck pain. It has made a huge difference for us. I am very pleased.

This mattress is comfortable and well-designed. It was packaged well and fluffed up as soon as it was removed from the vacuum-sealed plastic. It's very comfortable, almost feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I needed a new mattress so this was just what the doctor ordered. I'm very happy with it.

My picture doesn't do this mattress justice! It is so very comfortable! It is truly 14 inches high and very plush! It weighs around 115 pounds -- so it takes a couple of people to move it into place and get it unpacked and ready for use. The unpacking process was a little different than other memory foam mattresses I have used. It is rolled up into layers and layers of plastic wrap. After it is completely removed from the plastic wrap, before cutting open the plastic bag, make sure the mattress is right side up (which is something I didn't do and we had to flip it after it expanded). One little slit in the plastic bag and the mattress starts to magically expand into its final shape -- it expands quickly and completely. It is so comfortable. The top fabric is very soft. The mattress conformed to my body and continued to do so as I rolled from side to side. One additional plus is the fact that this mattress has built in straps on the sides making it easy to move around -- something to hold on to. Nothing like a good night's sleep -- something this mattress delivers on! Based on my shopping around for such a mattress, this mattress is a great value for the money. I recommend this product.

This mattress is very comfortable and made well. It arrived rolled up in a vacuumed sealed plastic out of the box. This made it easier to carry upstairs. Hopefully it holds up to stay comfortable. I’m really happy with it and like it more than my other mattresses made by a well known brand name.
