This is the perfect first time highlighter for someone who is interested in make up but isn't worried about brands. Was so excited to receive this in the mail because the picture looked so promising. I expected it to give me a glow like the Anastasia Illuminators or MAC Whisper of Gilt. What I received was a chalky, pale white with very subtle shimmer highlighter. The texture was hard like clay, not silky or blendable. The color wasnt even pretty...very misleading picture. This highlighter does not have a lot of shimmer or highlight to it it's more of a finishing powder or setting powder. I won't be purchasing again. It makes no difference if I put it on or leave it off because you cannot tell. It has a very chalky consistency and I can't even tell if I got any on my brush. However I will give it Three stars because the design in the pressed powder is beautiful. This is a very subtle and beautiful highlight. It gives a bit of a glow. I am very pale and would probably not recommend for people that are darker than myself as it would probably be very obvious. Unless, of course, you like that look, then go for it.

They have a wonderful pinkish shade that works wonderfully as a regular highlighter or an all over glow to the face more creamy and I use it all the time
