My husband and I bought this (10in hybrid, gray, king) for two reasons - we moved and needed a mattress ASAP, and because it was shipped in a box so we didn’t need a truck to transport. It has BLOWN us away. We prefer a firm mattress and this absolutely does it without feeling like sleeping on a board. If you like stability but need extra plush, a mattress topper would give you that. We do not use a mattress topper as we love the feel as is! I sleep so soundly, and do NOT wake up with back or hip pain as I previously had with other mattresses. The quality is also so impressive. I’ve never had a gray mattress, but this feels luxurious. The stitching is super strong. We don’t worry about it coming undone or not lasting, even with our crazy dogs playing on the bed all day! We loved this mattress so much that we ordered the same exact one (10in hybrid, gray) in a queen size for our guest room! AND I’ve recommended it to friends for their rentals. If you like a firm mattress, want quality, and want it at a great price, don’t hesitate - BUY THIS!

When I say this was the best purchase of 2025 for me this bed is so comfortable. It feels like I’m sleeping on clouds. I think it was great for the value. The price point was just so amazing for a 14 inch medium firm queen mattress bed in the color black which is something I really want. I love the pillow top. Ask Feel that it has in. It is so sturdy like somebody can probably jump on it and you wouldn’t even feel it if you’re laying on the other side of the bed because it’s just so comfortable and sturdy now I can say this bed was heavy. The box was super heavy but once you get it out of the packaging, of course it is vacuumed sealed it didn’t take that long to fluff up. I wanna say a couple of hours. It was good, but of course you probably wanna give it a day to fluff up to his full capability is softness, but it was heavy and I wish I had somebody to help me put it on top of my bed frame, but that means it’s just good sturdy material so if you are doing it by yourself, ladies, make sure someone is helping you because the box is heavy and of course be careful with it because of course what should cut the plastic it just ricochet is out super fast and start fluffing up so make sure you’re prepared for that as well but other than that, this is the best buy of 2025 for me and I want this bed in every room in my house !

Within the past 6 months, I've ordered two of these mattresses, first being a 14" Queen mattress and second a 14" twin mattress. The queen i ordered for my wife and I. The mattress arrived quickly and we'll wrapped within the plastic wrapped that it was shipped in, though the box itself was damaged on one end by the shipping company that shall remain nameless. The damage to the box had zero effect on the mattress inside. The mattress is heavy, so I recommend two individuals to move the mattress still within the box to it's final destination before opening. After removing the box, we positioned the mattress into position and unsealed the plastic wrap using the included safety blade. Immediately after doing so the mattress began to very rapidly inflate, being fully inflated within the hour. The mattress is of solid construction, slightly on firmer side of medium though not so much so that it caused any issues to the combat related spinal cord injury from years ago. Both my wife and I found it to be Extremely comfortable and well worth the price. The twin mattress we purchased to replace our sons mattress, with the exact same results with the exception of the damage to the box caused by the shipping company. It arrived quickly and completely undamaged. We still have one more twin the purchase for our other son. I do recommend this mattress. Well worth the price!

I bought this mattress back in June, I was absolutely excited to receive it and I got it at a reasonable price, however... I bought the 14 inch queen size mattress, I followed the instruction to unfurl the mattress and allow it to inflate for 48 to 72 hours, I allowed it to inflate with the help of the air conditioner, windy days outside with the door open, and my fan for 78 hours. No matter what I did it NEVER got to the 14 inches I PAID for, instead it only reached a little over 12 inches, the last mattress I bought on Amazon was as advertised it just took a little while longer to inflate and firm but eventually I got my 12 inches. It has been nearly 4 months since I got this mattress and it is STILL at 12 inches, am I peeved that I didn't get EXACTLY what I wanted, yes? Is the mattress bad, not really? Is it comfortable, oh yes?! Does it have lumbar support like advertised, not really? Does it have cooling technology like advertised, kind of?? I ask these questions and then answer because I want to be abundantly clear and informative, I bought the 14 inch hoping that the added inches would support my lower lumbar given that I am a big girl with lower spinal issues already, and since I didn't get what I wanted I will never know if the added inches would've made the difference in lumbar support. I'm not really understanding the "cooling technology' unless it only works when the room temperature is cool itself, I've noticed this especially on the hottest part of the day or night, the sun sets at my window and even with heavy insulating blackout curtains the bed still feels hot, the only time the cooling technology begins to work is very early in the morning, and the whole reason I got the mattress with this "cooling technology" is to help me sleep better during the hotter parts of Spring and Summer. Unless I'm misunderstanding on how it works please disregard this part. Taking these issues out of the equation the bed is great, not amazing or fantastic but great, despite the lack of lumbar support it's very comfortable, the other good thing about it is that I don't suffer from shoulder pain while sleeping on it, I can literally sleep on this bed for hours as long as conditions are right, like my room being cool and taking some pain meds for my lower back. I absolutely LOVE how roomy and spacious it is, I don't like when my feet dangle over the end of the bed but this bed has it covered, I would give this mattress three and a half star rating but because of the glaring issues and advertising I'll give it 3 stars instead!

Our traditional mattress had developed a dip in the middle that caused me hip pain, so I knew it was time for replacement. I scoured Amazon for different options before choosing this one. As our first "bed in a box" purchase, we weren't sure what to expect. I figured if it didn't work, we could send it back. When it arrived, I was impressed with the overall look and quality, firmness, and that it measured over 12" in height immediately after opening. There was absolutely no smell. We followed the directions and allowed it to "poof" for 3-4 nights before sleeping on it. We ordered the 14" Queen, and sure enough, the mattress measured approximately 13.5" in height afterwards. We prefer a firm mattress, and this perfectly fits the bill. The amount of support is exactly what we were looking for. I fall asleep much faster on this mattress, with less tossing and turning, and I sleep more soundly. We're able to get in and out of bed without disturbing each other. We already owned a down-alternative type mattress topper, and it offered a bit of extra plushness with our new mattress. They work together beautifully. I am so pleased with my purchase, I had to write a review. If you're like me and can't afford a $1000+ mattress that's firm and supportive, I highly recommend trying this one. If for some reason, my thoughts on the mattress change over time, I will certainly update my review.
