The mattress feels firm and sprung up in just a few hours! Of course the instructions say to give it the full 72 hours before judging its feel, but it’s fantastic even on day 1! Shipped super quick (delivered literally the next morning), and the cutting tool included really made opening and unwrapping the plastic a breeze. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quality mattress that has a luxury appearance. The bed measures true to size and will easy fit a queen bed frame. Also had no smell or odor that sometimes comes with bed-in-a-boxes like these.

I saw so many good reviews and I was so excited. I had needed a new mattress for years. I took the plunge on this one as I was on a time crunch. It is comfortable but.. I’m underwhelmed. It’ll do until I can afford to get something better though.

Perfect Bed in a Box!
Very comfortable mattress. You do sink a little, but it does have decent support. Fits perfect on our king boxsprings. The box is very heavy, but once expanded it was easy to move around and put a sheet on it. When we opened the box, it was packaged great, came with a little tool to open it so you don’t cut the mattress itself. It expanded within no time and we were able to sleep on it that night! No smell, and still holding up a month later and we love it!

Bought this for my teenager who recently suffered a complete spinal cord injury. He is in a wheelchair due to paralysis. The side of the bed has no support whatsoever! You sink and slide down the edge of the bed. He’s a whopping 116 pounds, so it is not a weight issue. He cannot safely transfer from the bed to the wheelchair and vice versa. I had to give him my mattress and keep this for my self, because somehow Amazon expects me to re-box the mattress for return?! Give me a break! Save yourself the hassle and disappointment!
