Pros--- 1. I primarily sleep on my side with some back positioning at times. It provides excellent support. I love how it feels both soft and firm at the same time. 2. I compared several models and chose this one for its reinforced edge support—no more feeling like I’ll roll off the bed. 3. I've checked a lot of online mattress purchase strategies, reading the pros and cons of buying this type of mattress. I went to a local mattress store and tried out their "hybrid" mattresses, not telling them I was sizing it up for an online purchase. This was significantly cheaper than buying from the stores in town. Cons--- 1. It is super heavy of course so better to have two people to handle it during installation. 2. It takes a full 2-3 days to fully expand and reach its intended shape. Need a little patience to wait. 3. If you prefer a very soft, plush feel, this mattress isn’t for you. It leans firm (though not uncomfortably so) Overall, a great choice for those who need medium firm support, but not ideal for ultra-soft seekers. Anyway it did fit so I am happy I took a $240 gamble!
