We received the mattress in a plastic sealed box and removed the plastic to let it rise to its 10 inches. I have a bad back and this was just firm enough to give me the support that I need. This is a very good looking product and good quality. I am very happy with this purchase.

Bought this mattress for my parents who are coming to take care of my new born baby. Absolutely soft and comfortable. When we unboxed the mattress it fit perfectly in the room and the bed frame. Thickness is just about right so we don’t have to buy extra memory foam mattress and place it on top of it. Definitely worth the price. We love this quality and would want to purchase for a queen size in the future when we are ready to replace ours.

Got this a days ago and pretty happy with it. Sets up easy and looks clean on my frame. Came compressed in a box but took a full day to fully decompress, but it did reach the claimed 12 inches which was nice to confirm. Pillow top is comfy, not too soft not too firm.
