After installing it in my Can Am Defender Max limited, I enjoyed listening to it my first couple of runs, but then it started cutting out. My next run, about a month later, I got no sound whatsoever, the lights would flash like music was playing but no audio. Now you’re probably asking, why the 5 stars? Thats because of what happened next. By this time, it was past the Amazon return date. Amazon told me that I had to contact Ehaho. So I did. They had me run through a few little steps, then asked for a video of what was going on. After submitting the video, they told me that they were sending another one. Tracking said it would be at my house in seven days, I had it in 3. Thanks Ehaho, the new one is working great. Sounds Awesome! ... show more

Bought this for my van. It is loud and clear. It didn't have the bass I was hoping for, but when working with the phones equalizer settings, I was able to produce the sound that worked best for my ears. It is also very heavy and made of metal, everything is sealed that could be sealed. I also purchased a cigarette plug with an on/off switch. Now I simply switch it off when exiting and on when entering and it connects automatically, very nice! It announces itself then says "connected" when turning it on but it is not loud as other post say it is. I suppose if your phone volume is up all the way it would be very loud but that has not been my experience. Mounting this may be a bit difficult as I don't have a bar to connect to. I purchased a different bracket and we'll see how that works out. Overall it is very good. ... show more

I received my Ehaho Rumble-X speaker and unfortunately it arrived broken and wouldn’t power on. I reached out to customer support, and they handled the situation quickly and professionally. Their response was prompt, the process was straightforward, and they made sure the issue was resolved without any hassle. The replacement speaker works well, with sufficient bass and plenty of volume for outdoor use. The lighting effects are interesting and especially eye-catching at night, which adds a fun touch to gatherings or evening rides. I read all the reviews and everybody says this has good bass. I hooked everything up according to instructions and vocals are good but little to no bass when going through the pre set eqs. I'm hoping I'm doing something wrong but for a bulky speakers box if you want a little bass this is not a good choice. I'm half tempted to return it. ... show more

I purchased the 1st one a couple of months ago. Light rain hit it, partially covered by a roof, and stopped working. They sent me a replacement. Again, under roof, light rain hit it and it stopped working. Contacted Customer service directly, since Amazon was showing that it was not eligible for a replacement. After a few emails and pictures documenting the issue, they're sending me a replacement. I can honestly say that for the money, its a good sounding soundbar. Not sure what the issue was that caused the problem, but at least they stood behind their product. Very few companies would do that now a days. Just with that alone, IMO, its worth the purchase.
