My expectations were not that high in this price range. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the build and the images I got with this nice binocular. I had tried some "big name" binos at one of the box stores and frankly could beat the quality/image clarity with this pair and save half the money. I use mine for watching little critters on my land and these are perfect for that. Easy to focus and I really like the way the lens covers are mounted to protect it. I bought these Binotecks to replace a far more expensive but older binocs that disappeared. These have a great feel. Initial adjustments allow a very clear, 10x42 view. Therefore, so far, all is good. In fact, so far, 5 stars for price, quality, transaction and delivery!

Sure, celestron and Nikon binocs offer a crisper view, but for the dough, these are great. Plus, they are just the thing when a pal or a youngster wants to accompany you, say, go bird watching. No big deal if they abuse/lose them.

They are sharp, well built, light, easy to use, and quite inexpensive! These will not compete with professional bnocs expecially when viewing distant objects, but many will not notice the difference.
