There are so many issue happened with this buy. My friend and I bought this together and she received hers before mine. Luckily we got to spent one night on this mattress before we open ours. The mattress is not great quality and I did not feel comfortable. It is china made (so you probably buy something similar on Temu/Alibaba or Chinese website for half the price) and you can see it is cheaply made. I had backache just from one night and couldn’t sleep through night. So when we received ours we wanted to return it without opening. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS WITHOUT HASSLE. AND IF YOU OPENED IT FORGET ABOUT RETURNING. Seller was uncooperative, they sent me a shipping label which was drop off not pick up and when I called fedex asking if they can pick it up since I cannot even move this package, they told me the label is canceled😠 I was furious because I spent almost 45 minutes giving them all the details. On top of that after letting Seller know they said the label is still valid and use the same label. They refused to pick it up, send me working label and because they issued fake return label Amazon declined my AtoZ claim. So after almost a 45days hassle, one of amazon representative understood what is happening and he decided to help me. SO UNLESS YOU ARE VERY SURE THAT YOU WANT THIS MATTRESS DO NOT BUY. I still have this mattress in my garage unopened because I CANNOT even move this cz it is that heavy and I left with finding someone who might be able to pick it up.
