I bought this mattress because I heard aot of good things about Hybrid mattress. Well, I made the mistake by ordering this one. I was suffering neck and shoulder pain, and was told I may need a new mattress. Well, I am happy to say, my neck and shoulder pain is gone, but now I have lower back, hip, and sciatica pain since getting this mattress. So I traded one pain for 3 more. The pain was right away. I was miserable the first night. I gave it a month to see if I just need to adjust, but it's not the case. I wanted to return it, but they expect you return it to its original packaging, which was impossible. They suggested I take it to a UPS store and have them vacuum pack it for me, but I would have to own a truck to transport it. So I'm stuck with this trash of a mattress. I am going to buy a firm memory foam mattress topper and see if that helps. If not, Im screwed out of my money, because I can't stand this pain anymore, and will need to buy a new mattress if the topper doesn't work.
