Let me start out by saying I live in Florida and it gets to temperatures of 100+° this radiator dropped the temperature in my 94 mustang GT from running at 200 to 210 down to 160° sitting in traffic. Of course I did install a cooling thermostat as well and share Prestone antifreeze quality of the radiator is nice good welds nice to look at very very efficient. Awesome price !! I mean come on that’s bottom line efficiency and price. Great job on the manufacturing of his high-quality. Very efficient radiator. I am very impressed.

Only thing i had to do to get it in that was different from stock was remove the battery tray. battery tray fit right back into place after installation. looks fantastic and everything bolted all right back together on my 2001 3.8L V6 Mustang w the T5.

Three weeks added onto fixing my car! I spent a while looking at reviews before settling on buying this radiator. What I received was a radiator that was missing the fan even though I paid extra for the one with the fan. The radiator also was the wrong shape (too tall, too narrow, and the lower outlet was on the wrong side for a big block), I believe they sent me one for a small block instead. I returned it for a replacement and they waited over a week just to send me the exact same thing! I will say the radiator itself seemed decent quality.

so i took a risk on this cause of the reviews, my stock rad cracked n was leaking so i was looking for a aluminum one to avoid that. most of all the reviews say it wont fit or fitments aren't right, remember when buying this rad that its a 3 row rad its bigger than the single row factory one. that being said fitment is tight but not impossible, the main things to look out for when it comes to fitment are abs break lines the rad will sit right up against the lines so youll have to bend them out the way a little so you can fit the factory fan in. my next point being the factory fan, the fan is also a really tight fit. like i said the abs break lines will be in the way, bend them a little to make way for the fan to sit properly. if you have a automatic youll have to trim the plastic on fan so the transmission lines can line up properly into the rad. also a light trim of a bottom tab where the fan would slot into the rad, really simple when you install it and see the amount you need to take off. my next point is youll need fittings to connect those automatic transmission lines to the rad. this was very frustrating that nobody talks about this or how only 1 site sells the correct size fittings. remember this is for automatic cars only, THE LINES WILL NOT GO IN WITHOUT THEM. you can buy those fittings off LMR. you seen me mention LMR they sell the same exact rad for double the price this is a great cheaper alternative and does the exact same thing. as of Halloween 2024 the rad is WAYY better than the stock factory one, to the point that the fan doesnt kick in on idle because the rad keeps it that cool. KEEP IN MIND a thicker radiator means it hold more coolant!!!! i used 2 whole bottles of prestone max burped the system and i still need to top off the reservoir. even with the res just about empty the car had no problems. i will update a month from now if i have any problems. 1 entire moth had passes and its holding up well keeps the car nice and cool, driven a couple hundred miles since installing it. been driving it hard no problems needless to say its worth it. 12/17/24

My first one had a defective upper transmission cooler inlet, the threads arrived damaged and there was paint inside of it. I had to have a replacement ordered and was without my car for a few days because of it. Replacement was fine so that’s why the review isn’t a one star.

Dropped in easily, but required quite a bit of fan shroud trimming to make it work properly because it is much thicker than the factory radiator. If this were being put in a racecar, zero issues, but if you rather not have to modify things to make it work, look for a stock thickness replacement.

Other than a packaging mishap it doesn’t leak an looks good. Tho I had to finagle the cooling fan mounting points as they were bent in shipping. As was the rad cap. Replaced the cap an bent the mounting bosses back no leaks no other issues. Bolted right in.
