Right out of package it inflated really fast it took at least 16/24 I went to work and came home and it was done I didn’t expect a Full size to be this big. It also didn’t smell bad at all it smelled great actually very comfortable and and have great durability very thick also and heat retented

Update: the wrong mattress was definitely sent. After letting it sit well beyond the recommeded 72 hours, it only expanded to 10" not even close to the 12" mattress I purchased. I will say it is comfortable and I've already noticed an improvement with my back and shoulder pain. Very disappointed not to have received the mattress I purchased though. Will be contacting Amazon for options regarding this error. I'm pretty sure the wrong height mattress was sent. I purchased the 12" queen but I think a 10" queen was sent. It arrived on time with no damage. It was very easy to open and seems back to it's full shape. It doesn't seem like it will expand much more, but the hight is only 10" all the way around and not 12". I'll give it the 72 hours before contacting Amazon customer service. I'd hate trying to return it.

I was super nervous about purchasing as I have heard a lot of horror stories about buying mattresses online. However i am very happy with this mattress it is soft and bouncy and i don't sink in too much when i lay in it. The corners are a little soft hut for the price it was worth it in my opinion.

This mattress is a queen size, very sturdy, heavy & comfortable. We needed one for a guest room and this didn't disappoint. There was no smell, the heat retention is good, not sure about motion transfer.
