I was kinda surprised that is came to me just thrown in a shipping box. I opened the box and was kinda shocked to see it not wrapped in plastic wrap or anything almost like it was taken off someones bed and just thrown into a shipping box. I looked it over and it seemed fine I washed it and it washed up ok also. It fits my bed perfect and it's what I was looking for I just wasn't looking for it to come shipped that way. I didn't order an open package one I ordered a regular one so I was looking to see if they reimbursed me any money because they sent an open package one but there was no money adjustment. I should have sent it back but wasn't sure if it's the way they shipped all of them! I really product is good tho ... show more

Highly recommend this if you have kids because it protects the mattress from smell, stain, and bacteria. I put this on the bed and it’s soft on the top and the bottom is a little more plastic so the top absorbs the liquid. The bottom is pretty much the waterproof portion.

O M G... This mattress topper is a GAME CHANGER. I was looking for a new topper to replace the memory foam topper I had previously. It trapped my body heat and I would wake up soaked in sweat. At my age, I didn't need anything making me sweat more in my sleep! This topper changed all that. I did let it fluff out for 2 days like it says in the instructions, then put in on my mattress along with the new Thread Spread sheets I bought. The first night I climbed in and it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Still is the highlight of my night... I look forward to going to sleep now because of this topper. The morning aches and pains are gone. I just bought another one for the guest bed since my mother is coming to visit next month.
