I bought this for my husband to use on the ground floor because he fell down the stairs a couple times and needed a bed on the ground floor. There's nothing wrong with this frame. Easy to put together, looks very nice, and so far it doesn't squeak. I hope it holds up. It seems sturdy enough but time will tell... It's been 3 months and still no squeaks. I had to go back and re-tighten the bolts to make sure they were holding but other than that it's been a great frame. ... show more

Bed frame is beautiful and very sturdy. It did take several hours to put together though..Height is a little lower than what we are used to even with the 12 in mattress. Even though it says no box spring needed , if you are using a memory foam mattress it will sag through the slots. We used a piece of plywood over the slats to prevent this from happening. Wish the side leg supports were recessed as after I stubbed my toes a few time I covered the legs with the foam that came wrapped around the frame, works great. Not happy with the FedX shipping though, no updates for 6 days so why give a tracking #? ... show more
