The media could not be loaded. I purchased two of these queen bed frames for two of my guests bedroom. They are nice and sturdy with storage space. However, I would have preferred for the instructions to have more details. When assembling the storage bins/baskets for under the bed, step 1 and 2 was a bit confusing. It seemed more informational. I followed the directions for the 1st one then worked through assembly it in the way that made more sense to me. For example, the wheels snapping on to the back part of the basket after I already followed all the beginning steps, caused me to have a difficult time ensuring I didn't bend anything out of place while trying to not pinch my fingers or break the clip that needed to be secure to the wire. With the 2-4th basket and bed frame number 2, I installed the wheels using a pocket knife (closed) handle to help me push and secure the clips to the wire first then worked backwards. Sorry if this doesn't make sense, you'll understand when you assemble the baskets. While I worked on the basket, my husband assembled the bed frame. The bed frame itself was easy to assemble. The black edge pieces for each slate are plastic and may be a bit out of shape or flatted during shipping. This made putting them on to both sides of each slate a bit tricky and took longer as we didn't want to ruin the slates (little pieces of wood would chip off if we rushed or if we were too aggressive when trying to push it on). Otherwise, the bed frame arrived undamaged and we hope our future guest enjoy the night when they visit us.

this bedframe is wonderful. it has style. the storage drawers are such a big help. no more packing totes. Christmas sweat shirts fit in nicely. so much room for more to pack. so happy i bought this.

The bed was fairly easy to put together although the wood in the headboard doesn’t feel super sturdy. The bed itself is sturdy. The drawers are just on wheels not on tracks so they are more free floating. My daughter loves it for the money. It was a good purchase.

Took about an 45 minutes to assemble, instructions were easy to follow. The headboard is a nice fabric finish. It definitely adds charm to the bedroom.

First glance suggested a lack of torsional rigidity. But everything attaches to everything else and I think it will hold together. But, the wooden slats are poor quality, varying in length a fraction for 3-4 of them. I had to trim 1 about 3mm and others were a fraction short. If they don't fully overhand the side rails, the plastic end caps will fail quickly. NOTE : do not assume stickers help determine orientation of the half side rails. I had 3 where stickers were in the inside and 1 facing outside - be sure you have the mounting holes on top, for the plastic end caps to clip into later. The center cross rail may look like it should sit under/inside the inverted side hangers. But the cross rail does not have threaded holes. The inverted hangers are probably just to add strength to the brackets. I thought everything would fit flush with the side rails. But because the cross rail and slats all sit on top of the side rails, they are at the same level and it should be OK. A bit ugly without the baskets in place, with the exposed side rails.

Everything is terrible quality. Do not waste your money. The bed creaks so loudly if you even roll on it. It sounds like it's going to BREAK if you breathe wrong. I could look past the cosmetic cheapness (they obviously have pictured a completely different product which they've just cheaply imitated and their product does not look this nice) if it weren't for the terrible noises it makes. I won't even give this away to anyone for free I'm so appalled. It's going in the trash as soon as our new delivery arrives. Never buying furniture on amazon again because of this experience.
