I ordered this bed for my elderly mother. It came earlier than expected which is always great! It arrived in 2 boxes, one contained the mattress and the other the bed base. We unpacked the mattress first so that it could unfurl completely and fill out. The delivered boxes on the front porch were heavy but bringing them indoors was the hardest part of the set up. Putting the base together was nothing more than screwing the legs onto the frame and plugging up a few wires. The instruction sheet was very clear. The bed has worked out great for our needs. Ours is queen size. There are many features that will not be used much in our situation. There’s a charging port on one side and afoot and head massage feature. An under carriage light is a great subtle night light. The mattress is comfortably firm. The bed is easy to make. There are extensions for the legs if a different height is desired. We are satisfied with the cost, the quality and the service. I’m not offering a photo because my mother is asleep in it 24/7😂 ... show more

Instructions were easy to follow, and assembly took less than 20 minutes. Mattress decompressed fairly quickly and we were able to enjoy that very night. Great price!

The bed is fine. Between the time I ordered it and it was delivered, the price was dropped by almost $100. Makes me feel like I was ripped off.
